Continuity mistake: Jules points out that Ben hasn't looked at her since he came back to the office after his errand with Paige. When she says her parting words ("I'm just saying, I can go by myself, okay?"), though, De Niro is looking at the computer in the close-up and at her in the second shot. (01:30:55)

Continuity mistake: When the plane is about to land, Jules looks tense. Ben asks her if she is OK. Her hair goes off/on her left shoulder between shots. (01:32:30)
Continuity mistake: After Ben called her in the hotel room with uncanny speed, Jules is outside the hotel. In the first shot with the camera behind her back, she's walking with a group of 2 women in robes and two guys in suits in front of her. The crowd chatter is in continuity between shots, and in the next one she's already way past them. (01:33:30)
Continuity mistake: When Anne Hathaway climbs in bed with De Niro, he's holding the cup of tea in his lap with both hands in the first shot, in midair with his right hand in the next. In this second shot, her right hand is free, but it's the mug hand in the one that follows. (01:34:50)
Continuity mistake: During the whole conversation between Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro on the bed in San Francisco, De Niro's facial expressions change abruptly several times between shots. One moment he's looking at her doing an impression of himself squinting with the purse-mouthed underbite, and another moment he's just looking straight forward with his mouth open, in some transitions he turns towards her and then turns again, etc. (01:34:55)
Continuity mistake: In the hotel room, after bringing the snacks, Jules covers her exposed calves and says "So, I have a weird one for you." Ben's mug is in midair when the camera faces her, on the bed when it faces him, and then back to normal. (01:36:35)
Continuity mistake: Jules is talking about the affair and the chances that she and Matt can recover from it. She is talking very passionately and moving animatedly, but if you look at the reaction shot that follows "I mean, a lot stay together", while Anne Hathaway's voice goes on with the same passion and intensity, she is barely opening her mouth in the foreground and has barely any body movement. It happens again in the scene, and while the body movement is coherent there and in fact spot-on towards the end, the timing of the mouth movements is not. (01:38:55)
Continuity mistake: Back from San Fran, Jules kisses her husband at the front door. She puts the handbag down, but a couple seconds later ("You smell minty") she removes the strap from her shoulder again. (01:44:50)
Continuity mistake: Betty shows Jules the picture of the bridesmaids. She (actually they, since at first Betty and Jules both hold it with one hand each) holds the tablet in a different position every time. (01:51:30)
Continuity mistake: When Jules and Matt hug and cry, her right hand is at the back of his left arm, then it's all the way around on his right shoulder. When they break the embrace, her hand is again on his arm, then in the reverse shot it's on his neck. (01:54:00)
Continuity mistake: In the hotel bedroom sequence Anne Hathaway's pyjamas are sometimes seen beneath her robe before a cutaway shot of De Niro and the next shot - no pyjamas. Repeated several times.
