Continuity mistake: When the mayor turns up at the steelworks to speak to the boy about getting money, the limo has square headlights and white-walled tires. Cut to a few scenes later when Robocop 2 has already turned the limo over, the headlights are now circular and the tires are all black.

Dr. Faxx decides to use Cain as the new Robocop II, so when he is on life support, she takes him off of it. When Faxx shows Cain a bottle of Nuke, he tries to take it, but she has him do a job first. Someone has told the Mayor of Detroit that they can help him pay off the debt to Detroit. Mayor Kuzak, goes to the meetings place and it's Hob who tells him that he can give him the money, however, he will need to turn a blind eye to the Nuke. During the meeting, Robocop II which is Cain comes in and kills everyone there, except for Mayor Kuzak. OCP decides to hold a press conference showing the new city that they will to build that will replace Detroit. He also shows off Robocop II, who goes on killing rampage, when the Old Man shows a tube of Nuke. Robocop comes in a fights Cain. Eventually the fight goes outside and many OCP security officers and Detroit police officers are either killed or wounded. Robocop tells Lewis to give Cain the Nuke, and then Robocop jumps of Robocop II's back and rips out Cain's brain, and smashes it on the ground killing Cain.
