Trivia: During the game, Bobo strikes out three Greenville Goons with a "slow ball". This is a nod to the 1946 Warner Brothers cartoon Baseball Bugs, in which Bugs Bunny did exactly the same thing to three Gas House Gorillas.
Trivia: When Bobo is running on the baseball diamond, behind him you can see a poster for "Cohen Ties" - a reference to the animator Herman Cohen who worked on this cartoon.
