Other mistake: As Don is driving towards Washington with Phyllis restrained in the passenger seat, Phyllis keeps on talking about what's going to happen if Don doesn't kill her. Don starts having a panic attack and closes his eyes, even though he is driving. His eyes are shut for nearly 20 whole seconds. How did he stay on the road? (00:28:23)

Factual error: When Sue starts losing her teeth, she pulls out incisor and canine teeth. These frontal teeth, however, have a single root apex, not two as it is depicted in the movie.

Continuity mistake: When Jack has his temperature taken near the start of the film, the thermometer in his mouth goes from right-side up to upside down, then back to right-side up between cuts.

Factual error: The President and Agent Miles commandeer a small plane at an Astovian airfield to fly to Ramstein U.S. Air Force Base. Miles identifies the craft as Air Force One, as the President is on board. However, "Air Force One" is the designation only for Air Force planes that fly the President (similar to how "Marine One" is called that because it is a Marine helicopter). Non-military planes, such as the one they are flying, typically carry the call sign "Executive One" when the President is on board.

Audio problem: When inside Washington D.C. and the AH-64 is firing its gun, the sound is completely wrong. In the movie, it sounds like a laser gun, and in reality, it's a M230 chain gun, which sounds different.

Continuity mistake: When Marcus is in the car, his grip on the phone changes between shots: sometimes he holds it with all his hand, but at other times just with his thumb and index finger. (00:14:58)

Character mistake: Zhen tells Mr. Ping and Li that at least they didn't lie to Po, and Mr. Ping says that it's true. It's actually not true, because Mr. Ping lied about the secret ingredient in his soup and Li lied about knowing Chi.

Continuity mistake: When Eddie and Martin meet for the first time in the woods and they are having a conversation, Rhys Ifans wears his necklace with the pendant above his clothes in the majority of the shots, except the ones when the camera is focused on Tom Hardy and he is facing left. In those shots, the pendant is under the T-shirt.

Factual error: The insignia on Staff Sgt. Branson's uniform is incorrect. The insignia on her camouflage blouse is for a US Army Staff Sgt, not a US Air Force Staff Sgt. (00:03:58)

Continuity mistake: Several times throughout the movie, Thelma's eyes appear to change colour.

Factual error: Throughout the movie, we see soldiers at the air base control center communicate with the aircrafts using an RT-524 radio transmitter. This radio operates in the VHF range, which is not suitable for communication with fast jets due to the Doppler effect. To communicate with jets, you need a UHF range radio.

Continuity mistake: When the possessor moves the tricycle down the street to the Ghostbusters HQs, the doors get blown off the entrance, and the Ghostbusters log/sign falls to the ground (seemed like a soft landing, in that it didn't seem to shatter... but when the long shot of the ice/frost proceeding to the firehouse (Ghostbusters HQ) is shown, the fallen signage is nowhere to be seen. (01:29:38 - 01:32:11)

Continuity mistake: Kraven casually sniffs a couple and ruins their relationship. He then sits down with his brother; Fred Hechinger's hand keeps changing position between shots, holding a fork or not.

Continuity mistake: During the cartoon short that opens the movie, Joker, on his way to the stage, breaks the arm of a man in the corridor. In the background, slightly ahead of him in his path, is a poster for Charlie Chaplin's Modern Times. The camera angle changes as Shadow Joker turns around; he is supposed to be in the same spot, but the poster is way behind him; Joker is now standing next to the Pal Joey poster.

Factual error: During the scene inside the submarine, you see a Commander (O5) giving orders to a captain (O6). This would never be a thing on any vessel. You would have a Commander as a Commanding Officer on a submarine, but not having a Captain working for the Commander.

Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning of the film, Michell walks into the gate of the school. The sun is off to one side and it's later in the day. Instantly, when he's inside the school, the sun is overhead.

Continuity mistake: At the fancy dinner at the beginning of the movie, Frida uses the titular line ("Blink twice if I am in danger") on Kyle MacLachlan. Rich slightly tips over his glasses as Slater waves his hand. In the next shot, Slater is still waving, but Rich's position is wildly different; his glasses are completely off and in fact below his waistline. (00:09:20)

Factual error: When Axel first drives from the airport (while on the phone) towards Beverly Hills, he is coming from the wrong direction. He is shown on the interchange from the 105 Freeway westbound to the northbound 110 Freeway heading towards Downtown LA. If coming from the airport to that same intersection, he would be on the 105 eastbound into the 110 - not westbound.

Visible crew/equipment: At the rodeo, just as the tornado comes, there is a shot panning across some equipment that ends with the guy shouting into the microphone for people to evacuate. As it's panning across the equipment, it's casting shadows on it.
