Continuity mistake: When the women's legs are shown walking from the smoke, the one wearing a blue skirt and white socks has her left sock fall down in the scene. In the next scene, it is back up again.
Continuity mistake: When the guy paints the ambulance green the paint disappears between shots. The hood is painted, then it's not, then it is. And it goes from a few sprays to the entire hood in the time it takes Jake G. To move from the driver's side door to the front corner of the ambulance.
Continuity mistake: The positions of the two black SUVs relative to the driveway and garage are different when Justin is reviewing the recording and looks at images from opposite sides. In the first view, the SUVs are not pulled up close to the garage doors; the garage is at least a car's length away because it is not visible to the left of the screen. In the second (opposite) view, the SUVs are parked close to the garage and the SUV that is supposed to be parked near the corner of the driveway is further away. (00:25:30)
Continuity mistake: Virgil is speared on the left side of his body by a dead tree limb, but after he crawls to the gold and turns onto his back, the spear is on his right side. He eventually pulls it out of his left side. (01:16:28 - 01:17:38)
Continuity mistake: When Black Adam walks up to the van, the woman rolls up the window. However, in the next shot, the window is half down. Then he gets shot with a rocket, and the window is back up.

Continuity mistake: When Captain Collins sits down at the computer console early in the film, the mouthpiece on her headset constantly changes position.
Continuity mistake: The driveway and area surrounding the house were clear of fog when the 8 men exited the limo, but the background was foggy when Catwoman drove up to the house 30 seconds later. (00:03:00 - 00:03:30)
Continuity mistake: Numerous times throughout the movie (largely over the course of one day) Abby's hair was inconsistent within and between scenes. It ranged from neatly combed straight back with no obvious part and a low or higher bun to relatively neatly combed back but angled to the right with a slight or obvious part to messy and frizzy, sometimes with strands dangling in the right front or behind her left ear. With all the "action" going on, she did not have the time or opportunity to comb or fix her hair.
Continuity mistake: The bite marks on Doc's sandwich were inconsistent/contradictory. Doc took a corner bite out of his sandwich, then the sandwich was shown with an additional side bite mark (made off-screen?). When the sandwich was shown again, the distinctive bite marks were gone and the side of the sandwich that had been eaten was straight across. Doc was holding the sandwich in his right hand; after another camera shift, Doc was holding the sandwich in his left hand and the unique side bite mark was back. (00:18:22 - 00:18:48)
Continuity mistake: Jimmy's Suburban had a stick-on blind spot mirror on the driver's side (also shown on CCTV when he left the grocery store near the beginning of the movie), but the blind spot mirror was not there when he was driving away to get Natasha on a boat. (01:22:55 - 01:25:58)
Continuity mistake: The amount of pain pills in the bottle was inconsistent and it isn't clear how Carlo could have managed to remove the safety cap (apparently without using his injured arm). After Carlo poured about 12 pills onto the counter, the bottle later looked just as full (if not fuller) as it was. (00:28:03 - 00:28:35)
Continuity mistake: The orange feather toy that was in the cat bed with the cat when Sam got to the bookstore was not there a couple camera shifts later. (00:25:33 - 00:26:25)
Continuity mistake: The Thief drove away, stranding Mia alongside the road. After Mia shouted, "Seven AM tomorrow, Ravenhill Hangar!" the Thief's car was closer to her (i.e, it had not traveled as far). Also, The Thief peeled out (making noise), had his windows up, and traveled far enough that he would not have been likely to hear what Mia was shouting. (00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: When Private Connors got out of the front passenger side of the truck, there were no orange "cones" visible in front of the truck, but there was a toppled one after a camera shift that should have been visible earlier. Also, there was a toppled orange cone and an upright one behind the truck, which were not there when the truck was approaching that spot on the road (and would have smashed both had they been there when driving through that section of the road). Continuity mistake: When Nick pulls into the parking space, his front tires/wheels are straight (aligned with his Jeep), but angled to the right when he walks away. (00:21:19)
Continuity mistake: Young Jake and Drew were at the top of an arched embankment. After they took a couple steps down and the camera shifted, the arched hill behind them comprised three step-like ledges. (00:01:37)
Continuity mistake: When ladybug is sitting at the table with Lemon, and they start fighting over the pistol, Brad Pitt drops the gun's magazine out of the tub onto the floor. In the subsequent shuffle you see the bottom of the gun with a magazine still in it and immediately cut to it on the floor. The next shot after he grabs the magazine off the floor you see the gun with no magazine. (00:40:20)
Continuity mistake: The clock on the wall behind Casey jumped from 10:45 to 11:00 while he was talking to his wife and daughter. At times, the clock appeared to have 3-4 hands and when a hand should have been visible behind his back pointing at "12", no hands could be seen. (00:19:16 - 00:19:46)
