Audio problem: During Rusty's conversation with Hardy (about knowing he doesn't want to be at the orphanage), some camera views of Hardy from behind show his cheek (and therefore his mouth) making little and insufficient movement for the words he is saying. In particular, Hardy saying, "Look, you can make me play this little game of yours" and "We done here yet, coach?" didn't show adequate facial movement from a rear angled view. (00:22:30)

Factual error: Before Tom landed in the puddle, there was water dripping or it was raining on it, but it wasn't raining when he was on the rooftops. After Tom landed, the water drops/rain suddenly stopped. Even if the water drops were from earlier rain running off the roof or other parts of the building, they would not be hitting the whole way across the puddle or that far away from the edge of the building. (00:02:34)

Deliberate mistake: When James started to fall off the ladder, he tried to jump to reach the other side. Thom grabbed his right hand with his and was able to pull him to safety. James' weight and the force with which he jumped and swayed would have most likely resulted in James pulling Thom over the edge with him, and both being seriously injured or killed. (01:22:26)

Factual error: Charlie gives Kaz a flare gun to shoot a shark in the mouth underwater. She manages to fire it underwater and the flare travels several meters. It is impossible for a flare gun to activate underwater. And if the flare was fired into the water it will only travel one or two feet. (01:13:00 - 01:18:00)

Other mistake: Grace Lewis shot a man in the head when he was standing less than three feet from her, but Grace did not get any blood splatter on her face or elsewhere. Neither did George Clements, who was standing near both of them. (01:15:03)

Revealing mistake: At Wendy's 50th birthday party, the helium balloons did not move, even when her daughter Liz walked next to some of them while carrying a birthday cake with lit candles. (00:01:44)

Deliberate mistake: The angle of the light coming from the film projector (which was up high on the back wall) was too high to actually project onto the screen across the room. Also, people were standing in front of the screen and should have been blocking part of the projection and have light on their backs but did not. The screen operated more like a DVD player on a TV. (00:35:20)

Continuity mistake: Samantha placed the bottle of glue on top of the metal object she glued, but the bottle of glue was on the desk and the metal object was gone when the doorbell rang. (00:04:56)

Continuity mistake: The amount and color intensity (redness) of the blood on General Ford's facial cuts (nose bridge, cheek, forehead), as well as their precise locations, are not consistent and someĀ° of healing appear to be chronologically out of order (e.g, freshly bled cut, scar, freshly bled cut). (00:57:32 - 00:59:34)

Continuity mistake: After the police officer starts dragging his wounded partner toward their SUV, the camera shifts to Jake and Henrietta talking along the side of the house. When the camera returns to the police officers, the officer dragging the other officer has not made any progress and even appears to be further back from where he started. (01:21:45)
Character mistake: During the opening fight Jackie lands a punch on her opponent just after the round ends. The referee should've warned her about this as it's illegal in MMA to do this, and he didn't.

Factual error: The initial police scene takes pace 20 years ago. The present year is 2021, so 20 years prior would've made it 2001. The police Chevrolet Tahoe at the opening scene of the film was only made from 2007 and up. (00:05:40)

Factual error: The movie largely takes place in California during the 1990s. California's mandatory seat belt law went into effect 1/01/86. When Mickey was driving Kyd to the cemetery, they were not wearing seat belts. Also, Kyd was 8 years old at the time. Although legally permitted to ride in the front, it is advised that kids sit in the back seat for safety. Considering Lyla was recently killed when a driver ran a stop sign, Mickey should have been more concerned for Kyd's safety as a passenger. (01:12:58 - 01:15:05)

Continuity mistake: Before Jen gets on the yacht, Aileen's green halter strap can be seen because the left side of her hair is on or over her shoulder. When Jen gets on board, Aileen's hair is in front, covering up the green strap. The camera shifts when Lewis is hugging Jen and Aileen's green strap is visible again with the left side of her hair behind her. There is no noticeable wind and Eileen is standing in the same place. (00:32:10)

Revealing mistake: The blemish/mole that was on the right side of Ghost's nose showed up on her left side (and she was not looking into a mirror). (00:57:40)

Continuity mistake: Mia holds her doll's face next to hers, but the doll is not there when the camera shifts. The doll is to Mia's side on the bed, but instantly back next to her face. (This is independent of the times Mia moves her doll.) (00:02:25)

Plot hole: Diabolik blinks in Morse code to his accomplice the location of one of his hidden stashes. He says it's in 'the third brick to the left' and the street name, but no address or other reference. She (who previously knew nothing about the location) finds it immediately. It's worth noting that the movie is a faithful adaptation of a couple issues of the comic, but this bit of subplot is a fresh addition and the original hiding spot in the 1963 issue was a plausible one (cave behind a specific waterfall).

Continuity mistake: When Brandon is talking to his sister Shannon about the car photos, the clock goes from 11:50 to 11:40 and back to 11:50. (00:25:37)

Other mistake: William Tillich (AKA Bill Tell) had one suitcase which could not possibly hold enough sheets (or thin blankets) to cover/wrap all the furniture in his motel room like he did. (His suitcase was not very large and also contained his clothes.) He covered an even larger area of furniture in Gordo's house. It isn't clear if he used his own sheets or just happened to find the same kind in Gordo's house.

Revealing mistake: There was already a gap in the snow mounds (which looked like a snow sledding path with no fresh tracks) when the "kid" was sledding down the steep hill. (00:02:40)
