Continuity mistake: When Gilgamesh hammers the Deviant into the gates of Babylon, dealing the last strike after the dramatic pose, the shadows cast by the statues don't go much further away than their pedestal. In the following long shot the 5 Eternals have a massive area of shade behind them that extends very far away from the city walls. (00:21:30)
Continuity mistake: Doc Ock is supposedly from Spider-Man 2 yet here he's gained a sweatshirt or turtleneck whereas in that movie he didn't have one. It's made clear he was pulled from his timeline just before his death, so he should be wearing the same thing.
Suggested correction: I mean how much time took place between the spell casting and his arrival at the bridge? I'm sure there was some confusion.
Continuity mistake: When Safin holds the baby while walking in the garden, right after Madeleine leaves, the baby's head and/or body position is not continuous between shots. (02:00:25)
Continuity mistake: On the rooftop while shooting at the Russians, John dives through a skylight. In a side shot he's falling back first, then he lands on his front.
Continuity mistake: While at Dino Stop, Katie convinces her dad not to play it safe and to take a chance to save the world. Rick agrees and extends his left hand for the "all hands, Mitchell family on three." In the closeup we see Katie put in her right hand, but in the wide shot Katie's left hand pulls out. Continuity mistake: Kung Lao summons his hat to finish off Nitara, but Shang Tsung, who was right in front of the hat and was not shown to have moved out of there, was nowhere to be seen. Continuity mistake: During the opening scene when the family is driving down the road, a newer McDonald's can be seen on the right-hand side.

Continuity mistake: The angle of the laptop on the kitchen table changed (and no-one was close enough to have moved it). The laptop was initially more evenly aligned with the edge of the (round) table. A little later, the laptop was not visible, but probably should have been. (00:04:09 - 00:04:44)
Continuity mistake: When Suzu collapses on the bridge after vomiting in the lake, in the overview shot, her left hand is away from her right hand. Then there is a closer shot of Suzu where her left and right hand are level with each other. Her hands also move closer to the edge of the bridge between shots. (00:13:00)
