Continuity mistake: The way Franck's scarf was wrapped and tied around his neck changed from when he was sitting on the steps (wrapped around a few times with ends folded under) to when he was standing along the guard rail (a loop down the middle of his chest). (00:15:09)
Continuity mistake: In the initial view of Billy in the tree ("saved for later" by the leopard sleeping on another branch), his head is hanging face up alongside a tree branch as wide as his head. When the camera zooms in showing the middle of Billy's face, the left side of the screen should be all brown, representing the branch. Instead, there is blue sky down to his eye and blurred tan/brown representing the branch. The brown might supposed to be the dried grass, but Billy has not moved his head. (00:51:25)
Continuity mistake: A back view of the group of four-wheelers starting out driving through the field showed distinct tire tracks in mostly low, dry brown grass. Various other views showed little or no discernible tire tracks, tall lush green grass, and mixed dry brown and green grass. Even though the four-wheelers appeared to travel some distance, the end of the field that was visible from the onset was just reached. (00:21:35)
Continuity mistake: When the cop is talking to the gas station security manager the security man has his badge on the right of his shirt. The following camera shot shows it on his left and then swaps back again when they go to look at the security cameras. (01:01:00)
Continuity mistake: After talking with Bullock on the roof, Batman is in his vehicle and talking to Hugo. On the screen, Hugo lifts up a glass to his mouth to take a drink, but when the camera cuts to a close up of the screen, suddenly his arm is lower, and he is once again lifting the glass to his face. Continuity mistake: The way "H" was lying on the road after getting shot was different in the aerial view shown shortly thereafter. H's body motions after getting shot were awkward enough - falling backwards but somehow managing to twist his body so that he could land facing the culprits. His body ended up being at about a 45°angle to the road barricades, but was parallel in the aerial view. Also, the road barriers would have blocked his view of the shooter and the ability of the shooter to look into his eyes. (01:13:35 - 01:13:56)

Continuity mistake: When Joachim is taken to the room where the arrowhead is, his guide has both hands together. A shot later the right one is lowered and the left one is raised. (00:06:17)
Continuity mistake: The white gift box was placed on the car's hood near the passenger side front wheel indentation. When the female cop (Valerie) turned around, the box was at an angle, not parallel, to the indentation. (00:02:21)
Continuity mistake: When two officers go to inform Ronald Whitlock (Bruce Willis) about his sons, Ronald shoots his pistol at the Black officer and hits him near his inner right eyebrow. (A large black spot can be seen between his eyebrows.) When the camera shows the dead officer, the black mark is gone and the bullet hole is on his forehead centered about 2" above his left eye. Continuity mistake: Alexander still had the mark/cut on his forehead, running vertically to the outer edge of his right eyebrow, when he found the "Mars" candy bar, but it was gone less than 30 seconds later (after he found the gun). Continuity mistake: During the opening credits, there's a doll popping out of a bag. A shot later, it's tucked inside the bag.
Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the film, Hannah, who has had her face pummelled by one of the villains emerges from the creek having escaped the fire with only minor bruising on her face and a cut on the bridge of her nose. Immediately after that, they are rescued but her face is now deeply cut, both eyes are blackened and there is a deep gash on her cheek.
Continuity mistake: The height of the stack of magazines on the coffee table in front of John changes with the camera's view. Front views of John show a high stack of maybe 15 magazines. Side views of John show a much shorter stack of several magazines. (00:25:03 - 00:26:07)
Continuity mistake: During the musical montage when Neo sees again the birds fly in the same pattern, there's a bit when "Tiffany" gets her order from the counter and exits the coffee shop. Neo is eating from his poke bowl, chopsticks in his left hand. His right hand is flat on the table, but in the next shot we see him through the window, and his right hand is turned 90°. (00:26:25)
Continuity mistake: When the terrorists take over the plane we see Eightball brutally stab a secret agent to death, and he gets blood on his face and clothing. In many scenes after this the position and amount of blood can be seen changing.
Continuity mistake: The amount and color intensity (redness) of the blood on General Ford's facial cuts (nose bridge, cheek, forehead), as well as their precise locations, are not consistent and some° of healing appear to be chronologically out of order (e.g, freshly bled cut, scar, freshly bled cut). Continuity mistake: While eating dinner, Lauren has a glass of wine setting on a black coaster. After a scene change and return to the dinner table, an aerial view shows the coaster without the wine glass on it (and the wine glass is missing from the table). (00:38:32 - 00:40:18)
Continuity mistake: Patrick (head sex trafficker played by Rourke) calls his "pretty babies" to "come to daddy" and two black dogs sit with him, one on each side. When one of Patrick's goons (Dwayne) enters the barn, the dogs change within a few seconds. The two black dogs are suddenly gone and a brown dog takes their place. The brown dog also switched sides of the chair almost instantly. (00:12:03)
Continuity mistake: At the Internet Store, Spencer was told his house was "right outside" the service area, internet was not available, and a satellite would not work. At the Phone Store, Chad told Lynn and Zoe they were in the "dead zone." When Lynn answered Spencer's call by putting her head out the upstairs window, she said, "The service is great up here." Lynn and Zoe could listen to the news on their cell phone in the kitchen and Zoe read about asteroids just outside the front door. Internet worked? (00:04:53 - 00:28:00)
