Continuity mistake: The amount of rain on The Man's shirt is relatively light when he reaches the doorstep but his shirt was saturated before he even started going up the sidewalk. He was in the house for a couple of minutes to kill the two people and set the house on fire (not enough time for his shirt to dry) yet his shirt was almost dry when he exited the house. The Man's shirt got soaked again on his way to his truck. The shirt looks dark blue when saturated with rain but light blue when it is dry. (00:02:53 - 00:03:51)
Continuity mistake: SPOILERS: During the final scene, when Samuel L. Jackson is "puppeted" to lift his arm up to make it look like he's pointing a gun at the SWAT team, the number of laser-sights visible on his chest changes between cuts. In the wide-shot, there's only three, but when it punches into a close-up, suddenly there are five.
Continuity mistake: In the intro, the woman shimmies off her shirt, which pools on the bathroom floor. She finds the obligatory corpse, screams, and gone is the shirt from the floor. (00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: When Cecilia is talking to Adrian at the dinner table towards the end of the movie, the food on the plate is situated differently from shot to shot as they converse.

Continuity mistake: At the market, Lee picks out five pieces of fruit (one apple and four oranges?), tears a produce bag off, and walks away. Continuity mistake: The characters are on a tile floor that has one yellow tile visible among the black and white tiles. The next shot they're in a different spot on the floor with two yellow tiles visible. (01:22:10)
Continuity mistake: When the girls are standing on the beach with the flares to guide in the German aircraft they are in two rows just a few metres apart. The view from the aircraft shows them much further apart, wide enough for the aircraft to land between them.
Continuity mistake: They travel without their helmets but when they are about to go underwater they magically appear.
Continuity mistake: When the family stopped along the road for a break, the car towing the camper was parked diagonally to the left (not aligned with the camper). The car was visible behind Alan when he was talking to Ben, but it was not when Alan was walking toward Tyler and Charlie. Also, Alan and Ben were at various distances from the camper. Continuity mistake: Theo lays Susanna's phone down - when it cuts back to her phone is lying in the opposite direction.
Continuity mistake: The amount and location of dirt on Christine's face is inconsistent, ranging from being very thick and obvious to barely visible, if at all. Sometimes it extends down her neck on the right side. When her hair covers most of her face, no dirt is visible - until she turns her head and the hair is away from her face. Continuity mistake: The replay of Bart and Andrea's conversation at check-in are not verbatim - at times, only a word or two ("uh", "um", "just") is added, but other times there are parts that simply were not stated. Granted, Bart is practising and his additions are not meant to be a reflection of what was actually stated, but the things Andrea said were on tape and these do not always match. Bart did not ask, "Seven nights?" and Andrea didn't reply, "Yeah. A week, maybe longer. I'm not sure yet. So, you're new." (00:27:14 - 00:28:47)
Continuity mistake: The amount/shape/size of the blood/cut on the bridge of Joey's nose varies, as does the obvious presence or absence of blood on the right side of his nose. (00:42:32 - 00:43:50)

Continuity mistake: Bernice's bangs go back and forth between having a small section separated from the rest to not separated. Before she kisses Thomas, her bangs are separated, but combed together when they are done kissing. (00:21:56)
