Hard Times - S1-E3
Other mistake: Crowley shows acute discomfort while inside the church with Aziraphale and the Nazi spies as he is on consecrated ground. However, (spoiler alert) once the bomb destroys the church he is perfectly comfortable. The key word here is "ground" - it is the land upon which the church stands that is consecrated, not the building itself. (This allows churches to be rebuilt if they are demolished or destroyed.) Crowley should still be in considerable discomfort after the church has been blown up.
Factual error: When Klaus and Ben visit Dave at the hardware store in November 1963, they arrive in a 1965 Imperial. (00:32:48)
Continuity mistake: Elisabeth Shue is talking to Homelander by her car. As she gets her baby out of the car, she says "can we please just talk later" and has a muslin hanging over her right shoulder, turns around, and from the reverse angle the muslin is bundled up in front of her, not over her shoulder at all. Then the angle changes again and it's back where it was before.
Continuity mistake: One moment Frankie takes out two shot glasses and a bottle and starts to pour. She pours maybe one-fourth of one glass. The very next shot, both glasses are filled. (00:03:35)
Rallying to Keep the Game Alive - S1-E4
Audio problem: When the couple is having dinner there's a shot from behind him saying "but you're right." The movement of his jaw and mouth are totally out of sync.
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: As Ricky Gervais walks by the school where his nephew is, a "chubby little ginger" shouts "pedo" at him. He stops and holds one of the bars of the railing, third from the pillar. In the close-up, you can count more bars than that, showing he is in a different position altogether. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: After Molly tries the experiment and takes off her safety googles, they reappear and disappear randomly when she hugs Ed.
Revealing mistake: The ghosts often cast shadows.
Suggested correction: You can also hear their footsteps. But I'm not sure this is a mistake, just their own perception. Within the ghostly world they appear and act just like they would in life.
The ghosts are manifestations of energy, therefore they have no physical body to block light. Even if in the ghostly world, physics are physics and there should be no shadows.
Continuity mistake: The Empire State Building is shown in white lights at 14.56 and 17.11 into the episode. The same night at 17.13, it is red, white, and blue.
Character mistake: In Season 5, Episode 4 ("The Heart Attack Boys"), Abishola twice gives Christina an injection without swabbing her skin with alcohol. Abishola is an RN and would never make that mistake.
Pride Parade - S5-E3
Factual error: Nandor manages to fly up to space, then loses control and falls back to earth in a fireball as he reenters the atmosphere. But objects reentering the atmosphere only get hot because they're generally travelling at immense speeds, 7-12 kilometers per second. Nandor just floated straight up, then falls straight back down. When Felix Baumgartner parachuted from the edge of space his maximum speed was about 1,300 km/h, and he didn't catch fire.
Picture's Up - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When the detective goes to retrieve the water bottle that Zach discards into the recycle bin, he picks it up with a napkin by the top. In the next shot, he is placing the bottle in a plastic bag top first, holding the bottle with the napkin by the bottom. (00:42:00)
Factual error: When Jane is putting up the lost poster, the number to call is 1-800-saw-him. However, this is only a 6-digit phone number when it needs to be 7-digits (not including the 1-800 part).
