Other mistake: In a city of millions and millions of inhabitants, when the protagonist chases his neighbour till she enters the building in William Street, the taxi that passes in front of him as he crosses the road is the same taxi with license plate T 9362 that nearly ran him over at the very beginning when he was trying to get his sign back. Which incidentally is a model of Chevy Caprice post-1981 (likely a 1987 Caprice). (00:02:25 - 00:24:35)
Other mistake: The movie is said to be set one year after receiving Annabelle, but the music box from The Conjuring is on the shelf. Judy in The Conjuring is an 8, possibly 9 year old whereas in this film she celebrates her 10th birthday. If Annabelle Comes Home" is only 1 year after obtaining the doll (2 years prior to The Conjuring timeline) then Judy would not be turning 10 years old; she essentially lost a few years of life rather than vice versa.
Other mistake: During the revelation of the second death, when the killer opens the toxicology report they just retrieved, the date is revealed; it says it was issued on 09/27/2018. But the events of the movie happen in November (it's Sunday 18th Nov when Marta wakes up with all the reporters at her door). It should also be noted that when a close-up of the report was shown earlier (when Ransom was looking at the anonymous letter brought by Marta) that copy had a big stamp in a corner saying 11-17-18, that in this copy is totally absent. Other mistake: While in the pool room, Zoey falls off the wall onto a portion of floor that hasn't collapsed yet and loses consciousness. This area is next to the section of floor that collapsed first. Jason jumps down to help Zoey. As he is helping her up, and onto the wall, that section of floor collapses, forcing him to grab the wall to avoid falling 20-ish stories with the floor. As he looks down drop, the section of floor that fell first is amazingly back intact. (00:59:20)
Other mistake: Near the end of the movie, the bad guy's yacht is tied up to a pier. Conveniently, the anchor is also deployed (why?) giving one of our heroes an opportunity to climb aboard via the chain.
Other mistake: When Frank and Maney are driving through the West Dallas neighborhood and Frank asks to see the file, they pass a green car at the intersection. He then turns onto Bernal St and passes the same green car at the intersection. The houses are also the same.
Other mistake: When junior is chasing Henry, Danny and Baron can be seen watching the chase, this would be impossible considering it wasn't long before Henry left the house after spotting Junior, and how would they have known which way Henry would go. (00:40:20 - 00:42:16)
Other mistake: When Ki-jung is making the fake diploma, the date she uses is June 16, 2018, indicating the movie takes place after then. In a later scene, when Yeon-kyo texts Ki-taek to meet in the sauna, the date on the text is June 12, despite being a later date. (00:11:20 - 00:44:40)
Other mistake: Glen/Charlie poured gasoline all over the vehicle he killed Sandra in - including its soft convertible top - but the flames stayed around the car's perimeter. (00:50:54 - 00:51:26)
Other mistake: Daniel realises that Adereth gave him his own passport. When he looks at it, notice the machine code line; it's the passport of someone born on April 30, 1963, far off from Daniel's age, and more importantly, not matching the ID's date. October 10th 1982. (00:20:30)
Other mistake: It's been established Rambo was born 7/6/1947. When we see his driver's license, his DOB is 12/4/1950.
Other mistake: From the time Eliza exits the bar until she drives away, there are discrepancies in the scenery: there are or aren't parking spaces along the road; there's a lot of space between her truck and the truck in the next parking space, but not when she's backing out; the man rattling bottles by the garbage cans is further from the building and her truck when she's getting in and should be visible when she's backing out but isn't; her truck's rear end would be partially blocking the traffic lane, etc. (00:03:15)
Other mistake: Henry David Cole ("Hero") largely speaks in a staccato-like monotone voice that isn't very low. It is not recognizable as belonging to a certain actor until he unintentionally uses a higher voice - Vincent Kartheiser's. Kartheiser was using a deeper voice to play "Hero" but occasionally got out of character and used his naturally higher voice. (00:24:03)
Other mistake: Quinn took her sister to the emergency room to get her puncture wound to the abdomen treated, and they did not have to wait one second, register and provide proof of insurance, etc. Even if Quinn had been employed there as a nurse, emergency rooms have procedures to follow. (01:07:19)
Other mistake: Moose was narrating what he was writing in his second letter to Mr. Dunbar. There were 64 words, 12 more words after "P.S.", then "Love, Moose." A view of his finished letter showed it was way too short to have included everything he supposedly wrote, and the expected format did not match. (00:26:20 - 00:27:10)
Other mistake: When Alita jumps on the table after breaking Zapan's nose, her right leg (left side of the camera) is missing. In the next shot, it reappears where it should be. (01:01:11)
Other mistake: Russ pours olive oil on a salad, says it is the best vinegar, and after the next cut he grabs the olive oil again.
Other mistake: When Sam is reviewing Zoe's file on the plane, her intel says Zoe's birthday is 03/08/99. Later, when they access Rima's computer in the control room, the password is "03/08/02", which Zoe says is also her birthday. May have been a last minute change to the character's (Zoe's) age, which would account for the mismatch in birthdays as well as the previously stated "suicide age". (00:14:00 - 01:19:50)
Other mistake: Katie cuts herself with a pair of scissors but when the girl hits her there's no mark there.
Other mistake: When Dani is on her phone after trying to contact her parents, the phone is shown on the Recents page listing the most recent calls she has made. The most recent call listed is Home, where she just called and left a message. Then it is followed by Terri, then Mom, then Christian, then Dad. Each of the calls are shown to have been made 1 minute ago. The message she left after calling the house phone lasted about 45 seconds. Then after the call, she looked back at her email for a few moments before going back to her phone. No way could four additional calls have been made all within the span of one minute and still leave a message on the house phone. (00:03:15)
