Continuity mistake: The green Alfa in the opening minutes has its side, and mirror, wiped out by a lorry. For the next 5 minutes it then drives around in perfect condition. (00:05:43)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie when the green car is being chased, the driver has a baseball cap on and off all the way through the chase.
Continuity mistake: When blood gushes out of the bullet wound during 05's introduction, in the first slo-mo the squirt goes diagonally across her eye. Then all that is left is a horizontal streak from the mouth. It is implied that between cuts she fit her glove by biting it, so the inconsistency can be explained (even if just a rushed wipe would hardly clean her completely). The real mistakes are: 1 - she has a dotted streak of blood before and after, entirely inconsistent with those close-ups, and 2 - when Ryan Reynolds and Dave Franco are talking about the 'squirting', you can see in the background Adria Arjona's face is totally clean. (00:07:55)
Visible crew/equipment: After 5's blood facial, the gang is driving fast through Florence's small streets. Look out for the moment when Dave Franco says "That's my problem, I'm just getting warmed up." He does a right turn, and we are shown a POV of the villains shooting. Mounted on the car, you can see an additional GoPro-like mini-camera. (00:08:20)
Continuity mistake: During the car chase in Florence, they are suddenly in Siena, the Piazza del Campo. (00:10:24)
Continuity mistake: During the "Baby! Baby!" scene, multiple flubs happen. To name a few; in the POV shot they are this close to hitting the woman with the baby, but she is at a greater distance right after; in one shot her bag is on the ground and not on her shoulder; two pigeons fly in front of her, but in another take one even connects with her hair; people watching horrified by the monument and in the piazza itself appear and disappear between shots, Ryan Reynolds is sticking his head out in close-ups but is nowhere to be seen in the other angles. Finally, plenty of skidmarks are already visible on the asphalt. (00:06:30)
Continuity mistake: One baddie is chasing the 'ghosts' riding a motorbike. Ryan Reynolds announces that "He's got a gun." We do see him pull the gun out...but then he is riding gun-less as if it were never there. Of course he could have just pulled it out for no reason, and with the fast montage he could have put it back in his pants between shots. Problem is, when Two blows his brains out later, he is pointing the gun in one shot, and holding the brake with that same hand in the shot right after. (00:07:15)
Continuity mistake: In the car chase at the beginning of the movie, there's a phase when 2 says she's getting carsick. The car is taking a turn and entering a street through a part of the square that is in the shadows. Cut, and the Alfa is accessing the road moving on asphalt in full sunlight. (00:08:50)
Continuity mistake: When the fighting is happening on the ship near the end, at several points, the sun is coming up. In other angles, it's pitch black.
Continuity mistake: After the flashback of the meeting with the lawyer, Dave Franco in a shot thanks Ryan Reynolds for the job. Wind blows in his hair, while before and after he was wearing a baseball hat. (00:05:30)
Revealing mistake: When Five is walking back into the kitchen area of the yacht, one of the dead men with all the knives in him (closest to the camera) that she walks by slightly blinks his eyes. (01:53:34)
Factual error: While in Hong Kong, they show several shots of Singapore.
Continuity mistake: Whilst in the plane flying over Mongolia towards Hong Kong, the in flight map indicates they are in Dubai.
Suggested correction: The map that appears one the monitor within the plane is not a real place. The cities are Faladah, Al-Davah, Raltta and more. If you search for them they do not exist. Maybe because the country is fictitious as well.
The map is real, left side is the UAE and Oman is on the right, I used to live there and know the geography of the region well, also half the movie was filmed in Abu Dhabi. So the map is correct it's just that threw in some fictional names.
Continuity mistake: Whilst driving through dense Florence, you see a luscious green field through the window behind Reynolds.
Continuity mistake: Whilst in Hong Kong, when the two brothers from Turkistan are talking. The handler holds a tablet between his arms over his belly, next shot the tablet is in his right hand screen outwards, third shot (twice) he has no tablet, fourth shot the tables is again in his has but screen turned inwards, and finally fifth shot again has tablet in right arm screen outwards. (01:03:28 - 01:04:50)
Factual error: Lamborghini Urus are in 2017, Kazakhstan, but the Urus wasn't released in 2017. (00:46:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When they are stopped while One is trying to unlock the phone with the lawyer's eye, there is a shot pointing at Six, and a person in a white T-shirt is standing at the window. Maybe a mic guy or a civilian that they cut the scene out for.
Visible crew/equipment: During the opening car chase, the green Alfa Romeo is being chased by a dark grey Maserati Quattroporte. In some shots you can see it has a standard interior but in other shots you can see the interior has been stripped out and a roll cage and racing seat fitted (required for the jump/roll stunt).
Factual error: Number 5 threatens to leave if 6 runs any more people over, and he scoffs at the back-seat driving. The aerial shot that follows shows a bit of the front of a palace, with a poster. The palace is Spini Feroni palace in Florence, and the poster advertises the "L'Italia a Hollywood" (Italy in Hollywood) exhibition. The exhibition ran from May 2018 to March 2019, but the movie started with a newspaper clipping from the New York Times narrating the war crimes of Alimov, dated Friday November 08, 2019, supposedly the day when One orchestrated his own fake death 3 years earlier. (00:06:20)
Revealing mistake: With a sharp turn, 6 manages to cause a car crash as the cars fly around scaring off a guy with a Ronaldo shirt. Take a look at the shot when the cars are flying towards the camera, with an obelisk in the middle of the frame. You can see that something 'explodes' on the ground way before the car on the right lands crashing into a stand full of footballs. (00:04:25)
