Continuity mistake: Agents follow the suspect after the shooting in an apartment. They chase him upstairs and out of the door but are still at street level.
Continuity mistake: Gar enters a room and leaves the door open. Throughout the whole mirror scene the door is also open both when the camera looks at him and when the camera points at the mirror. Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the episode Rip and young Carter come home for dinner. The boy sits down at the end of the table and Beth hands him his food. In the next shot and from then on a large glass of orange juice magically appears before him.

Continuity mistake: Blanca mentions that she has known for "two years" that she is HIV-positive. Blanca receives her diagnosis in the first episode of the series, but the story has a two-year gap between the first two seasons. So, in-story, Blanca has known her status for four years.

Continuity mistake: The first time Black Lightning is approached by the female character with the necklace, it shows that the necklace with the charm is sitting on the side of her neck. Then a few seconds later, the necklace with the charm is perfectly placed in the middle of her neck. (00:09:39)

Continuity mistake: When Jin-a meets up with her friend in the coffee shop, she hands the friend a drink. The friend is shown placing her left hand on the side of the cup and her right hand on the straw. The camera changes angles and both hands are suddenly off the cup and straw. (01:14:49)

Continuity mistake: When David meets the Home Secretary for the first time outside her car, he is wearing a grey shirt. In the next scene (in the lobby) his shirt is white, before turning grey again later.

Continuity mistake: Poirot is talking to the owner of Twinkle Toes and confirms that indeed the victim was strangled with his merchandise. The man listens with his fingertips adjoined and pointed towards Poirot, but when it cuts to his response ("Poor kid") his left hand is partially in frame and in a different position altogether. Continuity mistake: At breakfast the apple being cut for Camille as she poses a question to Adora is suddenly on her plate as the scene cuts to Adora's immediate reaction. (00:05:07)
Continuity mistake: Ruth Deaver is helping Alan Pangborn put on his tie. The camera is facing Ruth's back and we see Alan's face in the mirror. The camera then switches angles to face Alan's back and Ruth's face. Alan's collar which was popped straight up from the first angle is now perfectly down over his newly tied tie from the second angle. (00:24:55)
