Continuity mistake: As Howard and Ray are talking in the Motel lobby about Crissy, Howard leans against the door and moves his hands around, showing they are empty. It then cuts to a close up and suddenly he has a cup in his hand. (00:56:05)
Audio problem: It isn't clear what the woman was saying while she was kissing Frank, but it would not have been possible for her to be vocalizing any words while her lips were on Frank's. When they were done kissing, her last word did not match her mouth movement. (01:28:10)
Continuity mistake: In the van after they pick up Preacher and he mentions it's cold. Preacher leans up to the front and looks over Dax, asking about his head being too big. There are several cuts between shots here before Preacher slinks back into the van and his position of his head and shoulders changes between almost every one in various positions. (00:33:50)
Continuity mistake: Susan meets backstage Dr. Mitch. He states the obvious saying that she looks alike her twin sister, just more confident, and she cuts him off saying that she knows. She was leaning back with her hands as support, and at the cut she replies to him with her hands joined at the front. (00:09:45)
Continuity mistake: A-X-L frequently varied in size. For example, sometimes its head looked massive compared to Miles, being about the size of Miles from his head to waist. Other times, A-X-L's head looked about twice the size of Miles' or Sara's head. A-X-L's body was sometimes about the same size of Miles' motorcycle but much larger other times. A-X-L looked much smaller when it was dragging Sam compared to when it was standing over Sam.
Plot hole: *SPOILER* Calvin's twin sister and mother were killed years earlier in an automobile accident. Calvin kept going to his doctor with "new symptoms", insisting there was something physically wrong. Dr. Collins told Calvin, "Your health issues aren't physical. I thought sending you to that support group would give you a better perspective." The doctor should have referred Calvin to a psychiatrist for a diagnosis and, if appropriate, the psychiatrist would recommend therapy or a support group. (00:10:15)
Other mistake: The protagonist finds out that his wife is cheating on him, and decides to try to dial the killer. We see his phone number, it's 328 241... Later on, after visiting his brother's parish, he tries to contact his 'frenemy' again but the number now is 386 909.etc. He can't have changed number in that short while (and the protagonist wouldn't know anyway). Continuity mistake: After the scene where Doomsday kills a bear and some campers, Lois is seen walking across the street to the Daily Planet and talks to Cat. The lines on the street change between shots with the solid white line vanishing for just some dotted lines. And also cars appear on the other side of the street Lois just walked from that were not parked there in the previous shot. (00:38:00)
Continuity mistake: When Sophia and the lawyer are having dinner, right when he says he remembers her wearing long stockings, she covers her face. From the opposite shot, her arms are lowered.
Continuity mistake: On Friday, Lana waves bye to Aakif on the doorsteps; he has both hands on his belt in that first wide shot, but when he replies and waves back, his left hand is in his pocket. (00:09:50)
Continuity mistake: Sparse snowflakes fall in wide shots, but there is heavier snowfall in close-ups of Barbi. (00:29:30 - 00:30:15)
Continuity mistake: Constance is hugging Mary. In the close up shot, Constance is wearing a round sky blue earring. In the long shot, the earring is not seen even though her ear is fully facing the camera. (00:27:45)
Continuity mistake: When the robber is arrested, his hands are cuffed behind his back. When he's being loaded into the police car, his hands are suddenly cuffed in front of his body.
Other mistake: During the bank robbers' drive to the meeting spot, the background was blurred, but it is obvious the green color was from the tree leaves. As they got closer and arrived, the numerous trees were bare of leaves - only branches could be seen. The apparent attempt to have all trees appear to be bare (and consistent) was all for naught - It was April 8th in Georgia where the trees would have already blossomed. (00:02:24)
Continuity mistake: When Gotti and Neil are talking with Sammy Bull and Frankie in the night club, Neil's cigar changes position between shots. He is first putting a cigar in his mouth, then in the next shot, the cigar is gone and he begins to raise it to put it back in his mouth. In the next shot, it is instantly back in. (00:21:20)
Revealing mistake: When Jin is walking through the train station with his granddaughter, right before Ling is shown standing at the ticket booth, a few of the extras that Jin walks past can be seen looking at the camera. (03:36:45)
Continuity mistake: Paolo's wife finds the text message of the girl calling him "my eternal love." In close-up she is holding the phone with the index finger at the very top of the phone, but in the previous and following shots the index is far from reaching that spot. (00:09:15)
Continuity mistake: When Jason lunges at Batman with his knife, there is a pile of garbage by the wall where he lands. In the first shot the barrel by the garbage is wooden. But in the next shot it's suddenly a metal barrel/drum. It then changes back to a wooden barrel again. (00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: Abby's annoying boss puts her friend to work giving him a box to carry to his car. In a rather blatant continuity mistake, the penguin is facing opposite directions between shots. (00:03:15)
Continuity mistake: In the basement when the girls are talking, one mentions to Chloe that she and Carl would make an adorable couple. Chloe's left arm is stretched up above her head in this shot. But in the next shot when she corrects her on the guy's name, it's suddenly down by her lap. (00:06:10)
