Continuity mistake: When Nico hears the television whilst drawing Vera's face, he picks up the drawing and goes to the television. When he stands up, he is holding the drawing so that his right hand is positioned toward the bottom of the right-hand side of the page. Continuity mistake: In the vault scene arguing/fighting with Gunnar, Taj/Lars had a clump of hair sticking up in the middle of the top of his head during most front views, but not rear views. (01:03:10 - 01:04:11)
Continuity mistake: Fang placed the shoebox almost parallel to the front door, but it was at a different angle when Luke saw and was approaching it. (01:12:29 - 01:14:14)
Continuity mistake: Valeria went to the first meeting with Alberto Rak at his place. In the following scene her mother Amalia enters her apartment bringing breakfast. Between takes Laura Morante picked up the tray from opposite directions, since the coffee cup switched from left to right during her walk from one end of the corridor to the other. (00:10:50)
Continuity mistake: In the van after they pick up Preacher and he mentions it's cold. Preacher leans up to the front and looks over Dax, asking about his head being too big. There are several cuts between shots here before Preacher slinks back into the van and his position of his head and shoulders changes between almost every one in various positions. (00:33:50)
Continuity mistake: Mr. Shamsher at the beginning of the movie steps out of the helicopter with one door open, but when he brings across the other leg both of the large doors are suddenly open at the cut. (00:03:00)
Continuity mistake: At the diner, Zach moved his drink from the tray and set it on the table to the right of his plate and right arm. When his dad sat at the table, Zach's drink was to the left of his plate and left arm. Also, Zach was playing with a plastic fork with both hands and was turned to his right while talking to his dad, but his drink was suddenly between his arms after a camera shift. Continuity mistake: Dan set his lighter on top of the pack of cigarettes with their bottoms flush, but a close-up showed the lighter at an angle with one corner protruding past the bottom of the pack of cigarettes. (00:04:52 - 00:05:28)
Continuity mistake: When Ryan and Taylor are talking, she puts on a green shirt and her ponytail is still inside it. It cuts to a different angle angle and suddenly her hair is outside her shirt.
Continuity mistake: Ron Perlman and Famke Janssen are having dinner on his supposed birthday. The whole meal has several continuity errors, with her fork being at different heights, sometimes replaced by the wine glass, etc. (00:34:30)
Continuity mistake: The orchids in the vase in the center of the table are spread differently in views of Erasmus or Paul. (01:11:12)
Continuity mistake: The clothes Tyler and Kassi were wearing at Kassi's house were not the same when Kassi came to dinner that day at the Burnside's house. It seems unlikely that BOTH would change clothes before dinner. (00:31:49 - 00:32:40)
Suggested correction: Apparently they did. It was probably Tyler's idea, presenting Kassi in the best possible light to assuage suspicion and maintain his image as a good Christian Boy Scout.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, when we first see Gerald sitting down, there's a lamp on the table next to him. There is no visible cord coming out of the lamp. A few shots later, suddenly a cord appears on the table, coming out of the lamp. (It can be seen next to the yellow plate).
Continuity mistake: When Rita is running toward the hanger in a scene that mirrors the first film, she is running on a long wood walkway. In the next shot however, she is on the dirt.
Continuity mistake: Violet's mom is hot combing her hair at 5 AM; as she performs this operation on the left side, the right side has straight black hair all in front of the shoulder. When Violet tells her that dad is coming, she moves to the right side. Sanaa Lathan's hair now is suddenly all behind the shoulder. (00:05:20)
Continuity mistake: When Sophia is talking with Rachel after she brings the proteins, Sophia's fingers on her cheek swap between extended or bent between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Lucas exits the bar, the Toyota truck appears to be parked close to the porch, but there's a lot more space between them during and after the fight. (00:17:39 - 00:18:46)
Continuity mistake: The position of Don's baseball cap on the table changes two times. Initially, the cap is near the corner of the table with the visor and letter "P" roughly parallel to the front of his body. After he pours beer into his glass, the visor is angled more toward the corner of the table (even though the camera appears to pan around it). When Don brings Mike back to the table, the cap visor is pointed toward Don and is at a differently angle (more parallel to the front of his body again). (00:00:09 - 00:01:47)
Continuity mistake: In the bar scene when Renee sneaks up behind Vivian, she puts her right hand over Vivian's mouth, then has her left hand on top of her right hand while covering Vivian's mouth; and then a moment later in a new camera angle, her right hand is over her left hand. (00:27:00)
