Half of Charlie's back was above-ground when his mother [Toni Collette] was outside. Continuity mistake: After Danielle stabbed Junior, his papers were by his feet. When Junior's mom found him, the papers were by his hands. The knife was also closer to his feet compared to when Danielle dropped it onto the floor. (00:03:39 - 00:04:30)
Continuity mistake: On the helicopter, as the camera is pulling away from Richard's sunglasses, he is sitting in the passenger seat and Jen is shown sitting in the back, in the middle seat. Continuity mistake: Jamie is holding at (toy) gunpoint Eddie; she has her thumb on the 'barrel', but it cuts mid-sentence to a close-up as she says "You don't cut me out and don't talk to me like a child", and her thumb is now on the 'fore-end' (if it makes sense with a toy weapon). (00:31:25)
Continuity mistake: In the treehouse, the contraption Henry built releases icing in a pile onto the top of the cupcake (or brownie) Peter is holding. When Peter moves the cupcake to his mouth, the icing is evenly spread in the middle. (00:07:04)
Continuity mistake: When Mr Quan meets the commander the paperwork, money, chairs and even Mr Quan are all in completely different places multiple times. (00:19:05)
Continuity mistake: When the vault is about to be opened, the drilling equipment is attached to the door, but the view from the camera watching the door being opened shows no equipment.
Continuity mistake: When Nicholas Cage and his kid are enjoying a flashback, the ice lolly keeps shrinking and growing throughout the conversation. (01:14:00 - 01:15:00)
Continuity mistake: Alison is saying goodbye to her parents and she is wearing a long kimono. As she walks into her bedroom she is no longer wearing it, and then picks it up off her bed and puts it on. (01:07:05)
Continuity mistake: While racing through a parking complex to get to his daughter at the hospital, Lin ramps out of the exit and hits the font of his car on the ground leaving some damage, and even a part of the bumper hanging off. However in subsequent shots, the vehicle is undamaged. (00:02:50)
Continuity mistake: During the initial briefing, the digital clock initially points the time pretty accurately, but then gets stuck on minute 56 for way too long; it's at 12:56:35 when they whip out of the drug lord's folder, 20 seconds of dialogue elapse till the clock is shown again at 12:56:47, another 25 before it gets to 12:56:55, and about 40 seconds before it gets to...12:56:56. And barely 30 seconds pass before Estrada arrives, at exactly 1 o' clock. (00:12:30 - 00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: In the opening walk to the London meeting she walks by a parked blue MGB GT (reg E55...) twice on different roads, and then it passes her as well.
Continuity mistake: Levi took two mouth-shaped bites out of his blue frosted toaster pastry, leaving a small piece between the mouth-shaped bites. Before taking another bite, the bite marks on his pastry are different. The blue frosting also changes sides, from facing him to facing Danny. (01:14:10)
