Other mistake: Jackson, and Max are in bed together due to a sickness. When Matt brings Tommy to them you can hear Max say "Say your line" to Jackson. (00:21:55)
Out of Time - S2-E1
Other mistake: Sara tells Jefferson that the professor has a one hell of a right hook (referring to Martin knocking Einstein out). Jefferson replies, "seriously, Gray punched him out?" The subtitles mistakenly say "Ray."
Other mistake: When Agent Wells tells the White House they need to alert the Pentagon that Lozano is inside the Pentagon, she is told "it's already done, they are locking down the building right now." Then, later in the same episode, we see Lozano use a key card to easily pass through the building. (00:15:45 - 00:21:15)
Other mistake: In the beginning when Kali and her gang are running from the police in Pittsburgh and she "collapses" the tunnel, her 008 tattoo is shown this way so we can read it as such, but it should in fact be read 800 to be the correct way. (00:03:15)
Other mistake: The Lakota is attacking a small group of white men. One is face down on the ground, and he lifts his head to cut his throat. In the background are two cowboy actors joking and twirling their guns. One drops their gun and picks it back up. (00:20:43)
Other mistake: When Michael walks into his office and sees Shawn, Michael is wearing a wedding ring. Looks like he forgot to take it off prior to shooting the scene. (01:00:00)
Other mistake: When Cobb starts to chase the red Dodge, there's a shot of him passing between two vehicles (and very distinct buildings in the background). When Murphy picks up the chase, this same shot is reused, showing her passing between the same two vehicles.
Chapter Sixty-Eight: Quiz Show - S4-E11
Other mistake: Archie's uncle Frank tells Archie during an argument with him that he is 40 years old, with seven years in combat while in the military. But in a previous episode when explaining why he let Fred take the blame for his DUI, he claimed that he was a Desert Storm veteran in between tours at the time. Either the show got the wars wrong and meant to say he was an Operation Enduring Freedom or Iraqi Freedom veteran (no actual veteran uses "Desert Storm" when referring to combat in the Middle East after 9/11) or they're saying that he was only 10-11 years old when he went to Desert Storm. (00:29:30)
Palimpsest - S1-E6
Other mistake: During the credits, it lists Gloria Mundy as the actress who played Alison Araya. However, Araya is the actress's real name and Mundy is the character's name.
Other mistake: Issac is on the phone with his boss and he is holding his phone upside down, noticeable because his otter box case is upside down. (00:14:41)
The King of the Delta Blues - S2-E6
Other mistake: We see a character get shot and falling forward with back arched, as if the shot came from behind. Moments later we see the shooter and the shot came from the front. (00:31:25)
Other mistake: In this true crime show there are both reenactments and actual police photos used. The narrator states that thousands of rounds of ammunition were found in the home where a crime was committed. But the accompanying "Actual police evidence" photo that's supposed to be ammo is actually stacks of Kodak Slide Carousels. (My dad was a photographer and we had these in my house.) (00:29:15)
Other mistake: Luke and Lorelai are talking in the diner. Lorelai asks Luke if he ever wanted a fresh kid. Lorelai then says to him "you'll never get to go to your kid's graduation." Are we to believe that Luke didn't go to April's high school and college graduations?
Surf N Turf - S1-E2
Other mistake: When Riggs calls the arms dealer's phone (agent Hirsch), Hirsch doesn't answer the phone, silencing the call and putting the phone in his pocket, but Riggs leaps to action and says "it was Hirsch's voice on the phone!" Realizing that the arms dealer and Hirsch are the same person but no-one answered the phone. (00:32:00)
Suggested correction: When Hirsch ignored the call, it would have gone to his voicemail. That was the voice Riggs would have heard on the phone.
Episode #1.4 - S1-E4
Other mistake: A major plot point is the rivalry between the Wehrmacht and the SS, who refuse to work together. After the explosion at the cemetery, it is the Wehrmacht who are explicitly described as rounding up and interning suspected resistance fighters, with the SS not being party to it. However, when Archer visits the internment camp, most of the staff are wearing SS uniform.
Dia de Muertos + Sicarios + Family - S3-E5
Other mistake: A caption is misspelled towards the end - it says "cementario" when it should be "cementerio". (00:36:20)
