eps1.5_br4ve-trave1er.asf - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Angela is talking to the lawyer she goes from sat back and relaxed to leaning forward with a mug in her hands. (00:14:50)
Plot hole: The car was tracked down by finding the original car key on Jimmy's body. If he had stolen the car from the original owner, how did he come to have the original car key?
Other mistake: John is promoted to Oberst Gruppenfeuhrer and assumes the uniform of such. He is soon after promoted to interim Reich Marshal. And then he is subsequently fully promoted to Reich Marshal. But he continues to wear the rank insignia of an Oberst Gruppenfeuhrer.
Suggested correction: John does eventually put on the insignia befitting a Reichsmarschall. It's safe to assume he didn't immediately put it on, either because it took a short time to produce new insignia and send it to him (they wouldn't stock insignia for a rank only a few people hold), or because he was still only acting Reichsmarschall.
Blood Drive - S2-E6
Character mistake: Zayday makes incorrect statements about blood types. She mentions that, since Chanel #5 is type O-, her parents must also be O-; in actuality, they could each be type A or B (genotypes AO or BO, respectively) and could also have Rh+ blood as long as they also carry the recessive Rh- allele. Zayday also says that the child of two O+ parents must be O+, but actually the child could also be O- (again, if the parents carry the Rh- allele).
Factual error: A 1973 Cadillac ambulance on the street is shown. The show is set in the 1960's.
Let Sleeping Zords Lie - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Kendall is wearing black heeled boots when she is fighting the aliens, switches to black sneakers when she lands after being thrown and has the boots again when she stands back up.
Favoritism - S5-E13
Continuity mistake: In 4-8 Mateo makes Amy a mushroom dish which she admits to being allergic to, but in this episode Amy eats a grilled cheese sandwich with a mushroom on top . (00:13:03)
Continuity mistake: When Vinnie Jones takes the King to his room, his earring keeps changing from ear to ear between shots.
Us vs. Them - S2-E2
Factual error: We see Liam's driver's license. It says he's from Rhode Island, but the license looks nothing like RI's. It's issued by the State Motor Vehicle Commission, but RI does not have an MVC (only New Jersey does). And the expiration date is always the same as the holder's birthday, but here we see it's 2 days after his birthday.
Continuity mistake: The martini glass Elliot was drinking changes to faux Fen's hand with no explanation of how she got it. (00:09:00 - 00:09:25)
Here There Be Dragons - S2-E11
Visible crew/equipment: When Prax leads the group to where Dr. Strickland took Mei, just as they reach the door the two green and yellow T-marks are visible on the floor. (00:02:30)
Character mistake: A shot shows Djimon Hounsou completing his year entry on a large chalk board. The entries are 20 years apart. The third entry on the second line is 2274, the next should be 2294, but instead it records 2394. The one after corrects the sequence with 2314. Considering there is an entry only every twenty years, you would think he'd be more careful. (00:20:15)
The Two Deaths of Jamie B. - S2-E4
Revealing mistake: When Naomi shows Kirsten the money, you can tell it's fake. Not only are the serial numbers all the same, you can read "this note is not real it is to be used for motion pictures."
Factual error: 1-1 A couple of spelling errors. A "community center" in Ceylon, a British colony, using the American instead of the British spelling. And Columbo listed as the capital of Ceylon; it's Colombo.
Death Will Have His Day - S2-E12
Factual error: In the hospital room scenes Rhonda still has her earrings in her ears and diamond wedding ring on her hand. A hospital always removes a patient's personal property and jewelry when admitted to the hospital. (00:12:00 - 00:24:00)
Factual error: A scene in a photographic darkroom shows Michael Gambon developing a colour print in a dish under safe lights. Not possible. Colour printing must be carried out in pitch dark usually inside a light tight print processor, as colour photographic paper is sensitive to all wavelengths of visible light.
Factual error: There is no way cops would just walk up and open fire on a suspect unannounced, not knowing if he is armed or not, and with an innocent bystander so close.
Factual error: At the start of the show, it states it's 1902. However in the opening scene, the flag shown is the 1912 design, with 48 stars. In 1902 there were only 45 states.
Factual error: The police car license plates shown in the episode have a 2 digits-1 letter -2 digits pattern, while in reality they follow a different one (one letter and then numbers only).
Episode #1.8 - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: Towards the end, as everyone's gathering outside, Ken Marino has his hand in the front pocket of his shorts. The shot switches to a view from behind, and it's in his back pocket. Back to the front, and it's back where it was before. (00:22:10)
