Continuity mistake: Stretch takes the licence plate off the limo just before it's stolen. When he's clinging onto the bumper as it's being towed, the plate is back on.

Continuity mistake: When Jane is in the night school, the position of knife and fork on the plate changes between shots. Both on one side (close up) or one on each side (long shot).
Continuity mistake: Carrie's height changes constantly.
Continuity mistake: A side view of the tennis court observation tower shows the umbrella angled around 45°, arched over Jim's head. A front view shows the umbrella behind Jim's back, more perpendicular to the ground. In the next rear view, his body is tilted toward the right, the umbrella is arched half-way over his head again, and his legs are no longer crossed. The next front view shows the umbrella in back of him again (more parallel to his upper body) and is fanned out backwards to not obstruct his face. (00:26:42)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie after sergeant has been shot, they are rushing him to the hospital. Watch the headrest of the passenger seat. It is in place, and then when he is getting in the car, the headrest is gone. Then, it is back in place again.
Continuity mistake: At the end when Sarchie is hugging his wife, in one shot the bandage on his arm has unravelled. In the next, it is neatly wrapped.
Continuity mistake: When the plane is on the ground, it has two engines. When it takes off, it has four.
Continuity mistake: Treat Williams is drinking a brown liquid from a glass (scotch?) while accusing Gina Carano of having something to do with his son's disappearance. Shortly afterwards, the liquid is a different color and the glass is much more full. (00:41:40 - 00:42:40)
Continuity mistake: When Paul steals the Camaro, he pulls wires out from under the dash to hot wire it. But after he gets his daughter he suddenly has keys.

Continuity mistake: When Kat first visits the detective, she sits on the couch and drinks beer. Behind her is a table with a lamp and a green bottle of beer. In the next scene the bottle disappears, and reappears in the next scene. (00:34:00 - 00:35:00)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the film we see stuff being crossed out in a notebook. The lines that are drawn through the words keep changing from being perfectly straight to being at an angle.
Continuity mistake: The car has rally seats through most of the film but at the end it has regular car seats.
Continuity mistake: Roy is on his back at one point, seemingly knocked out. A shot later he's suddenly on his stomach before regaining consciousness.
Continuity mistake: When the monk hands to the King the seal, he's holding it in different ways between shots (his right index is on the front of the seal in close-up, together with the middle in the next). (00:11:05)
