Continuity mistake: During the car chase, the white jeep goes from damaged to undamaged between shots. (01:08:00 - 01:09:00)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the film we see stuff being crossed out in a notebook. The lines that are drawn through the words keep changing from being perfectly straight to being at an angle.
Continuity mistake: When Kat is asking the detective what he thinks happened to her mother, after Kat is in college and she visits home, the detective lights a cigarette. We see him move the cigarette out of view and when he brings it back there is barely 3 or 4 drags left. The camera cuts to Kat and back at the detective and there's over half of the cigarette left now.
Continuity mistake: Roy is on his back at one point, seemingly knocked out. A shot later he's suddenly on his stomach before regaining consciousness.
Continuity mistake: The car has rally seats through most of the film but at the end it has regular car seats.
Continuity mistake: When the monk hands to the King the seal, he's holding it in different ways between shots (his right index is on the front of the seal in close-up, together with the middle in the next). (00:11:05)
Continuity mistake: There is a scene where she accidentally stabs someone - she gets blood all over her from the stabbing and then in the very next scene is wearing the same shirt without blood stains.
Continuity mistake: Stretch takes the licence plate off the limo just before it's stolen. When he's clinging onto the bumper as it's being towed, the plate is back on.
Continuity mistake: The glass window the guy jumps through shrinks in size and has more glass in it in the next shot, when the copper looks through it. (01:03:00)
Continuity mistake: When Jane is in the night school, the position of knife and fork on the plate changes between shots. Both on one side (close up) or one on each side (long shot).
Continuity mistake: Carrie's height changes constantly.
Continuity mistake: Mr. Jones used his left hand to smack Jim across his right cheek/face. The injury Jim suffered (when it was even there) was on the left side of his face. The vertical slit (cut) on the left side of Jim's lower lip when he was in his office was not there (or too faint to be seen) when he was talking to Amy in the hallway. When Jim exited the building, the cut on his lip was obvious but the bruise on the left side of his face was more above his eyebrow than on the side of his left eye. (01:11:11 - 01:14:54)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie after sergeant has been shot, they are rushing him to the hospital. Watch the headrest of the passenger seat. It is in place, and then when he is getting in the car, the headrest is gone. Then, it is back in place again.
Continuity mistake: After the phone call, Everly is cradling her mother's body holding it with the right hand on top or at the bottom, it switches around with the change of camera angle. (01:04:00)
Continuity mistake: At the end when Sarchie is hugging his wife, in one shot the bandage on his arm has unravelled. In the next, it is neatly wrapped.
Continuity mistake: When the plane is on the ground, it has two engines. When it takes off, it has four.
Continuity mistake: Treat Williams is drinking a brown liquid from a glass (scotch?) while accusing Gina Carano of having something to do with his son's disappearance. Shortly afterwards, the liquid is a different color and the glass is much more full. (00:41:40 - 00:42:40)
