Continuity mistake: When Terry is sitting in the Principal's office, the shots change between Terry and the principal. Every time Terry is shown, there is a man in a hoodie sitting at the table outside with his back to the camera. Then, in one shot, the man is sitting in a different position at the table with his face visible. In the next shot, his back is to the camera again. Then, the next shot shows the man has been replaced by a blonde-haired woman. After which, the final shots again show the man with his back to the camera.
Continuity mistake: When Jemma, Skye, and Ward are at the Academy it is daytime. When Seth and Donnie are in the parking garage it is night time briefly. Then, it becomes daytime when they flash back to Ward, and remains daytime when they flash to Seth and Donnie.
The Curse of the Aesthetic - S8-E8
Continuity mistake: When the nanny is found dead, the ball of wool in the bag is yellow but later on when Father Brown picks up the wool out of the bag it is grey.
Continuity mistake: When the mother and father are frozen in the park, the dad is holding a napkin up near his chin; but in the subsequent shots his hand is on his lap.
Continuity mistake: Peter and Roman dig up Lisa's corpse to steal internal organs. When they cut her open blood and fluids gush from the wound. A vehicle approaches, forcing the two to flee the scene. The Sheriff and Dr. Chasseur, who arrived in the vehicle, view Lisa's corpse a few seconds later and there is no blood on or around the body.
Continuity mistake: The guy who is wearing the night vision goggles has the chin strap undone. But when he and the other guy are playing around for a moment outside the shack they find the booze in, one shot shows the chin strap suddenly secure and fashioned around his chin. Then it is undone again.
Haunted Doll - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: In the beginning, Miles is talking about how excited he is for the garage sale. When he takes a picture, Louie complains that ghosts don't show up in photos. But at the end, when they get grounded, and Miles takes the picture of the "first family punishment", then Miles and Louie show up in the photo.
Continuity mistake: Sometimes Cyborg is waterproof and sometimes he isn't.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the episode Lieutenant Abbie Mills' lapel mic changes from scene to scene. It goes from the Motorola Commander Speaker Mic to a standard Motorola mic without the orange emergency button, volume control, 16 channel selector knob and 2 programmable buttons.
Continuity mistake: Ruby has a dream of her punching and killing Danny Winter. She's wearing a black hoodie and black baseball cap and her long hair is in the hat. Later on she hears from Allie that Danny's mother has CCTV footage of the attack. Ruby tells her sister who runs into Danny's mother's cell and steals a photo of what Ruby was wearing that night since they were all at the bar together. In the photo she's wearing her curly hair down, and a floral silk shirt. Completely different outfit. (00:02:00 - 00:05:00)
Continuity mistake: When Gracie is on the phone to Mark and reading Helena's diary, the diary has changed position on Helena's bed before Gracie touches it.
Continuity mistake: The graffiti over the shutters is constantly different between episodes.
Dark Descent - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Stella is talking with Jim Burns at his home about her theory of a delay between murders, and why Paul took so long to strangle his victim. During most of the scene Jim's hair is parted on the left. At the end, as she is leaving, it is on the right.
Continuity mistake: At dinner the two male guests in the forefront both have a full plate of food and a man in a brown shirt is pouring gravy on his meal. In the next shot the two men are shown serving themselves for the first time. (00:57:00 - 00:58:00)
Death's Door - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: When John spits on Jedikiah, the saliva disappears from his shirt when the shot changes.
Continuity mistake: The ground is dry and clear throughout the entire episode in all exterior scenes, until the snow covered ground in the background when Duncan is driving to Ellen's house about 2/3 through the episode.
Charleston - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: There is a plate switch when putting pulled pork on the plate, the pork drastically changes from a shredded mess to a nice portion of gorgeously smoked pork with pickles on top. (00:28:00)
Continuity mistake: After Derrick reveals to Randy that he cheated for him in Basic Training so he would pass his marksmanship test, he smashes his cake, causing some of it to splash on Derrick's uniform. At first, frosting is all over Derrick's top, but seconds later, there is much less of it on him. There wasn't enough time for him to wipe off the frosting between shots. (00:07:20)
