Continuity mistake: Jen unboxes the stuff she grabbed from the basement where she spotted the railroad tracks. She picks up a large vase which she shows to her business partner; the hand at the bottom is the vase is the left or the right one depending on the camera angle. (00:10:40)
Continuity mistake: In the first scene, Duncan is sitting to the right side (if we are looking at him) of the back seat of the station wagon. When they are taking the luggage out of the car, there are now bags piled up in the seat on the right side.
Suggested correction: Absolutely no telling how much time has passed between the two scenes. With them being on a road trip, they could have stopped for gas, food, bathroom breaks etc and moved the bags around at any time. Even Duncan could have just done it by himself mid-transit to make a little more room on the floor for his feet.
Continuity mistake: During the opening scene of the film we see two boxers fighting in Julian's boxing club. The fighter in red trunks knocks out the one in blue trunks and is announced the winner. Two men then come into the ring and, between shots, we see them pick up the loser off the floor twice. (00:02:51)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, the waiter is wheeling the cart out of the building. Two workers are loading the van, with Saman to order them around. One is wearing a hat, the other isn't. Hatless Guy walks out of the van first and is sprinting back towards the building, with Hat Guy noticeably behind, but in the next shot Fabrizio passes the cart to Hatless Guy and Hat Guy is already way past them both. Continuity mistake: When Swifty is calming the horse, and the scrap dealer exclaims, "He's fast!", Swifty has his face pressed against the horse's nose; in the cut to the long shot, Swifty is suddenly facing the horse, looking up at it. (00:25:00)

Continuity mistake: Having just reached New York, Langston tries to reach by public phone Reverend Cornell Cobbs. The receiver is in his right hand, until there's a cut to the reverse angle and the phone switches to his left hand. (00:12:30)
Continuity mistake: When they are discussing whose pinkie gets cut off, Vince grabs Craig by the neck and pushes him against the refrigerator. Craig is first shown pushed against the right hand side of the refrigerator, but whenever the camera is on him for the rest of the scene, he is shown standing against the left hand side of the refrigerator.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film you can hear a kettle whistling. But when Alvin removes a teapot (not a kettle) from the heat the whistling stops, but when he puts in back on the heat about 5 seconds later there is no whistle. Alvin doesn't remove a whistle cap or turn off the heat. (00:02:30)
Continuity mistake: When Irving goes to see Carmine near the end of the film, his glasses start out being tinted, but when he takes them off, as Carmine hits and kicks him, the tint has gone; even outside they're tint-free.
Continuity mistake: Emily Smith-Dungy just kicked her bags in the snow. Her neighbour and schoolmate Kat drives by and offers her a ride home. Emily after initially rejecting her help accepts it; the trophy switches hands from the first quick shot to the next. Her scarf is also positioned differently. (00:08:40)
Continuity mistake: Juliano and Joaquin are having their pictures taking celebrating the first earnings from their own gold pit. All of a sudden between shots, the photographer loses the cigarette behind his ear. (00:18:50)
Continuity mistake: After Dan meets Gretta he walks her to the subway. A girl with a cell phone is coming up, but in the next shot she disappears.
Continuity mistake: After Seligman offers to wash Joe's coat, she tells him not to and it's her coat. He shrugs it off and sets the coat on the bed and turns, walking away. It suddenly jump cuts to him being back at the foot of the bed facing her and asking her what happened.
Continuity mistake: The protagonist at the beginning of the movie sunbathes topless.The camera is positioned where the kid is spying her, and in that wide shot she is placing the garment she removed close to her lower half of the body. When he waves his hand casting a shadow over her eyes, the bikini top is in the corner of the towel next to her head. (00:01:20)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film when the girl is shot, in the close up there is no debris on her face, but the next wider shot shows her face covered with dirt and other bits of debris.
Continuity mistake: The needle Cheryl's holding goes back and forth from her right to her left hand between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Ivan invites Richie onto his yacht for the first time, a jet ski pulls into Ivan's close-up, and disappears after it cuts back.
Continuity mistake: When the movie starts and Linda takes a glass of water to her lips, the hand with which she holds the glass swaps between shots.
