Revealing mistake: When the freeze frame for Swindel comes up, he is being interviewed and looks at the camera. When time is supposed to resume, the Channel 3 news logo moves, but Swindel on the television is still frozen for about a second for some reason.
Audio problem: When Hayes and Nick are fighting at the end, Hayes grabs Nick and says "get over here", but his mouth never moves and his teeth are clenched the whole time.
Continuity mistake: When Otto is sat down at his HQ, telling the Vet and Kisko that they would become steak, Otto is holding the newspaper in his hands, but in the next shot, the newspaper has disappeared, and he stands up, holding the steak. (00:20:10)
Continuity mistake: Before the Princeton interview, Jeremiah has his shirt untucked and he tucks it in when asked to. But when he is standing at the door with the interviewer, his shirt appears untucked, then tucked, and then untucked again, then tucked in again.
Continuity mistake: In the hotel, at Gagamel's room when Clumsy suddenly opens the food lid and bonks the room service guy. The lid falls at the right side of the door, but in the next shot, when Gagamel opens the door, the lids is on the left side. (00:55:55)
Continuity mistake: After the failed attempt to drop a mace on Mr. Ginormous' head, the giant grabs Jack, Tom, and Jerry and taunts them. He then throws them onto the table and Jack's hat comes off and flies away from him. Shot changes angle to Jack trying to sit up and pop off at Ginormous and suddenly his hat is right next to him. Factual error: At the end, Josh and Nat both run onto the Eurostar platform when they do not have a train ticket - this would be impossible, since there are ticket barriers and security.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Papi is in the back of the white Fodge driven by Stig, the Ford Bronco driven by Bobby crashes into Stig's white Dodge twice - both headlights are smashed out. Once the Bronco goes into the ditch and comes back out, the passenger side headlight isn't broken.
Continuity mistake: When Dave is shot by Mindy while training, there are two bullet holes in his jacket when he has only been shot once at that point.
Other mistake: One of the three girls swallows the wedding ring and later it's retrieved by pulling it out of her stomach, but earlier in the fight in the toilet when the boy's head came off, there were no pipes or tubes connecting the head to the stomach.
Continuity mistake: Right before Gray gets his cheekbone broken, he moves his tongue and grabs his nose mockingly. From the side angle he is not grabbing his nose.
Other mistake: When Odd Thomas and Stormy are riding on his moped through town to stop the massacre they pass a car dealership. All of the letters on the dealership signs are reversed except for a large lighted awning sign that says "Welcome to quality." The normal and reversed signs appear at the same time in the same frame. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Stallone gets hit by the UFC fighter, he doesn't see the hit coming because he gets hit from his right side. Later on, when driving his girlfriend home from the restaurant, he is still blind in his right eye and doesn't see the car coming from the right. However, during the Grudge Match, he is suddenly blind in his left eye.
Suggested correction: Clearly, he is blind in that eye. His trainer instructs him to stand to the left and keep Kid in his line of vision with his right eye.
Continuity mistake: Julia Louis-Dreyfus is getting her toe nails painted by her daughter's friend. The first shot is of her feet right next to each other. The very next shot, her legs are crossed.
Continuity mistake: When Chantry is in Dublin writing her list, the list reads: Toronto - My Job - My Family - My Friends - My Life - Wallace. In the next shot of the list, it just reads: My Friends - My Life - Wallace. The first three entries on the list disappear.
