Other mistake: Dr Ambrose, talking about a doctor tending to patients on death row, says "Hippocrates is spinning in his grave." The subtitles say "Hypocrites is spinning in his grave."
Continuity mistake: Chris has a blue dye pack explode on him, covering the front of his clown costume and face. But then shortly after, the dye is gone from his face and clothes.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Cricket is cutting out clips of the Bill Vaughn scandal, she places the one clipping into the binder on top of another, then in another shot, the new clipping is no longer there, and she places that exact same clipping into the binder again.
Now or Never - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Amy picks up her book from the trash her thumb is on the front cover. When the camera cuts and she hands the book to her co-worker, her thumb is on the back cover.
Revealing mistake: In the second of two cases, a man who shot and killed his girlfriend is stopped by police. He is shown pointing his handgun out of the car window, but it is obvious that the barrel and recoil spring assembly of the gun have been removed. (00:41:03)
Continuity mistake: When Irina meets XIII on the river dock, she leaves her car, closes the driver side door and walks to XIII. Moments later, when XIII is shot, she runs back to her car, where the door is wide open.
Other mistake: Renee Graziano gets in vehicle to be shown driving to visit her father in a federal penitentiary. As the vehicle is shown, the picture is reversed, and the driver's side is shown on the right, which you can see by the windshield stickers are on the right, not the left. (00:01:51)
Episode Six - S4-E6
Continuity mistake: When Beverly and Carol are walking through the park, Carol begins having a conversation on her phone and Beverly begins to mimic what she is saying. Whilst this is happening, in the far background, there are two people shown walking in the opposite direction and also a man walking in the same direction as Beverly and Carol. As the shot ends the man is far past the other two walking in the opposite direction. The shot then changes and the man walking forwards and the other two people walking in the opposite direction walk past each other a second time.
Continuity mistake: Pati is shopping in the outdoor market. She is wearing thong-type sandals when she enters the market, but her shoes change to heeled sandals when she is leaving the market. (00:06:04 - 00:07:14)
Continuity mistake: When Josh has got out and they go looking for him, they find Aiden on a small bridge. From a distance he's got a very dark sweat stain on his shirt. In a closer shot it's faded to nearly nothing, and gets lighter/darker in different shots throughout the scene.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ally kicks Austin out of her practice room the shadow of the boom mic can be seen on the wall.
