Continuity mistake: When Fidel and Dwayne arrive at the place where Camille and Richard are hiding for the hurricane, they can open the doors without a problem, whereas Camille and Richard had taken great care of locking the doors from the inside.
Factual error: In the Pope's coronation procession they play the anthem Zadok the Priest. It was composed by Handel for the coronation of George II in 1727, 235 years after this coronation took place.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Walter Sherman is talking to US Deputy Marshal Isabel Zambada about Willow Monday and Timo Proud not being cousins, Walter is burning a barbie doll and the hair burns and falls off. In the next shot the doll has hair again.
Continuity mistake: When the detectives are in pursuit in the alley, they are followed by a police car. In all shots from the front it has its blue lights on, while they are off in all shots from the rear.
Revealing mistake: In the second of two cases, a man who shot and killed his girlfriend is stopped by police. He is shown pointing his handgun out of the car window, but it is obvious that the barrel and recoil spring assembly of the gun have been removed. (00:41:03)
Continuity mistake: When Irina meets XIII on the river dock, she leaves her car, closes the driver side door and walks to XIII. Moments later, when XIII is shot, she runs back to her car, where the door is wide open.

Other mistake: Dr Ambrose, talking about a doctor tending to patients on death row, says "Hippocrates is spinning in his grave." The subtitles say "Hypocrites is spinning in his grave."
