Continuity mistake: When Conan first fights Remo, Conan places a blood stain on his forehead by pressing his sword to it. Remo then runs off, and Conan gives chase immediately, pausing only to get Tamara on his horse. The stain is still there when Conan mounts his horse. The next time we see them, Conan and Tamara is still chasing Remo, but now Conan's face is completely clean. It is highly unlikely he would pause in pursuit of one of his father's killers to wash his face. (00:47:55)
Continuity mistake: After exiting the gallery, when Max and Juliet are talking about "Dr. Bliss", her hair is messy and all over her face in the close-up, but clear and brushed in the wide angles.
Continuity mistake: When Geneva is getting into Zip's G wagon it is afternoon due to it being very sunny with busy streets. But, when they arrive at Zip's home it is pitch black as if it's late night. (00:59:27 - 01:00:13)
Continuity mistake: When the slasher is breaking down the door, the knife position keeps changing between shots.

Continuity mistake: Dr. Mario Tirelli at the beginning of the movie enters the clinic where he works. A blonde woman walks in the opposite direction and exits through the door as Tirelli briefly hails a nurse. At the cut, Tirelli is in the same spot as before (nothing changes in the background) but the blonde is back and with still a way to go before the door, and the nurse is far back too, with the doctor's hand not moving to greet her, in a different take entirely. Continuity mistake: When Frisson is giving the adder to the girls, the adder is going to go leave the jar through the hole but in the following shot, it is resting at the bottom.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Lily is hiding behind Thomas' computer desk, she uses her little Eiffel tower necklace to put inside the socket to short out the power. When she goes to put it in, you can see the computer is plugged in on the bottom socket. After a really quick cut scene, the computer is now plugged in on the top socket. (01:05:00)
Continuity mistake: When Nick is talking to Kate on the roof about how he is in love with her, what is on the ground behind him changes from shot to shot. First it's a semi truck with FedEx on it, then it's a plain white trailer on its own, then it's a yellow cab and finally when they switch places and Kate is facing away from the edge it's a black car.
Continuity mistake: Mariso Golfetto is beginning a tirade about immigrants and assaults on women. A woman gets her drink from the barman, picking it up with her right hand, completing the movement. Reverse shot, and not only she repeats the gesture and still needs to pick up the glass, but she does it with her left hand. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: When Ned and Cindy are driving to the farm it looks more like it's around 5 or 6 pm yet when they arrive it's suddenly pitch black outside.
Continuity mistake: In the 'match' when he tags with John Cena, Fred is picked up by the rival vampire in a fireman's carry position (kinda like for Cena's Attitude Adjustment), but his head is over the opponent's right shoulder in the first, wide, shot and towards the left shoulder in close-up.
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the kitchen when Helen is telling Joe that she is pregnant, Joe is wearing suspenders over his shoulders. As the camera moves back and forth between the characters during the dialogue, Joe's suspenders "disappear." When the camera pans out, you can see that they are now hanging below his waist.
Continuity mistake: Right at the ending of the opening credits, Amanda is walking to the podium to deliver the graduation speech. Her robe is open in the faraway shot, then when she says "We made it!" her scarf is over the robe, more closed than before, then cut to a faraway shot again and it's all the way open again, and then it goes on with her robe full closed. But in the faraway shot when Meg makes her way across the gym, you can see the grey of the skirt again. (00:03:30)
Continuity mistake: Coulson has just entered the supermarket and is holding 2 donut packages in each hand. Watch his left thumb. In the close-up shot it is on the 'D'. In the next shot, it is below the letter on the red band on the plastic wrap. (00:00:55)
Continuity mistake: When Yoda and Asajj Ventress turn their lightsabers on, the lightsabers cast a reflection on the wall. However, when C-3PO and the younglings run past them, the wall shows no reflection cast on the wall. (00:06:45)
Continuity mistake: In the first flashback when Sarah recognizes the youngest guy in the gang, her hair is parted differently over her shoulder in close-ups. (00:23:25)
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, there are spectators and the camera zooms in on a man and woman with a Rottweiler standing next to the woman. There is a glimpse of two people past the dog. The camera briefly shifts to show a woman (Sonny) walking toward the front door, then returns to the spectators. The Rottweiler (presumably the same dog) is now standing near the left side of a different man (and is not next to the woman). (00:02:02)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the fight where the altar boy must prove his fighting skills, the sword changes hands between shots when his hands are up.
