Audio problem: This scene is repeated multiple times in the movie: usually when the main character enters the "source code" the scene begins by panning over a small pond showing a Canada goose taking flight. However the sound editor makes the mistake of dubbing in a recording of a hen mallard duck.
Audio problem: In the scene where the birds have a party, Pedro and Nico sing "I Wanna Party". If you look at his lips he sings "My life" but he just smiles.
Audio problem: Right at the end, when Emma turns to Adam and says "What do we do now?", her mouth doesn't match what she says.
Audio problem: When Mater wakes up from the dream in Big Bentley the time is 3 o'clock but the bell rings 5 times.
Audio problem: Near the start of the movie, the Marines are out training and are approached by a group of Hum Vees that are to take them away because of the impending battle. The engine noise from the Hum Vees however is totally wrong, and is distinctively from a Willys Jeep.
Audio problem: In the song "Turn up the music" sometimes Olivia's mouth isn't moving when she sings.
Audio problem: When Rochefort yells "Finish them off!" during the attempted ambush of the Musketeers, the sound doesn't match his mouth.
Audio problem: During Hobbs' and Dom's fight, Mia shouts "Dom" several times. On the first occasion though her mouth doesn't move. Clearly overdubbed. (01:28:10)
Audio problem: In the Russian bar scene the female bartender cycles a pump action shotgun at Dutch when she is holding a double barrel shotgun. Dutch then disarms her, when he turns the shotgun back on her you can hear a pump action shotgun being functioned and an empty shell hitting the floor. Dutch is holding a double barrel shotgun in the scene.
Audio problem: In Notes II, Madame Giry voice is out of sync as she says,"Fear his fury.".
Audio problem: When Jill reveals herself as the second killer, we hear Sidney say "Jill". But her mouth doesn't move.
Suggested correction: You can say "Jill" without moving your mouth.
Audio problem: When Johnny and Tucker are in the helicopter going to the hospital, when Johnny says 'It's just like riding a bike', the line doesn't quite match up with his mouth.
Audio problem: The audio for the Gatling cannon used by the second Samurai warrior in the first battle scene is incorrect as it uses the effect for a gun with a much lower rate of fire even though initially the film is going at a normal pace with no slowdown.

Audio problem: At the end of the movie, when Elizabeth Halsey is talking to Lynn Davies, Ms. Davies comes down the stairs talking to Ms. Halsey, the voiceover plays, but her lips are not moving.
Audio problem: While walking across the concrete garage floor Ryan's shoes make the sound you would hear while walking on hollow plywood.
Audio problem: In the beginning when Holmes "shoots" the dog, Gladstone, with a dart and Watson says "What have you done to Gladstone now?", look closely and Watson's mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: When Ren has his cousins teach Willard how to dance, he and Woody watch and comment. At one point Woody says "Less hips" and Ren says "A little less". When Ren says this his mouth isn't moving.
Audio problem: When the Droidekas start shooting at Yoda and Han, one of them shoot however the sound comes after the shot is fired. (00:16:05)
