Revealing mistake: When they drive out of Vegas, headed for Witch Mountain, there is a shot that appears to be made with a camera on a mobile cherry picker. The camera sweeps across the road and up high, watching as the vehicle passes under the camera. As it passes the camera, you can see a trail of dust that was kicked up by the cherry picker. It crosses the road and is still floating in the air from a recent crossing.

Revealing mistake: When the group is leaving the dinner they are talking while standing outside in the snow. It is supposed to be in COLD Wisconsin, yet you cannot see anyone's breath as you would when someone is talking outside in the cold. (01:15:50)
Revealing mistake: During the nativity, when the baby is born, to the right of Mary, there is a boy tipping his candle on it's side. In the next shot, this same boy has the candle on his mouth.
