Continuity mistake: When Ryan is telling his part of what Amanda might have looked like in high school, as he put his shades to his head, his hair goes back with the glasses. When the camera cuts his hair is visibly in front of his head.
Continuity mistake: Season: 1, episode: 16 "Bloodline". As two soldiers of Darken Rahl approach the plains of Morrow, they break a magical shield which catches them on fire. Two frightened soldiers run away, and the commander shoots one. Keep an eye on the commander - he is still pointing the crossbow even after the soldier dies. The next shot, however, has his crossbow loaded with another arrow, daring anyone else to run away.
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode while Eli is shaving he turns around and some of the shaving cream on his face goes onto his shirt. The next shot when he leaves the bathroom the shaving cream on his shirt is gone.
Continuity mistake: Whenever the Big Brother eye is shown, it is grey and white. But there is a shot of a woman leaving the house in the first episode in which you can see the eye from Big Brother 9 (which is shattered with one red shard) on a platform at the bottom of the stairs.
Seattle, WA - S6-E6
Continuity mistake: While at Easy Street Records they make a plate of corn beef hash with three eggs sunny side up. When the dish is finished the eggs are placed over easy on top of the hash, but when served the eggs are sunny side up. (00:44:00 - 00:45:00)
Bloodshed in the Bordello - S20-E12
Continuity mistake: Zac goes in a playroom to investigate, puts a truck on a playhouse roof and tries to get a presence to push it off but nothing happens. He walks around to investigate the rest of the room. He squats down to look inside of a tent and when he does the camera pans out to show Billy in the doorway. When it does the truck is not on the roof of the playhouse, but when Zac stands up and walks by the playhouse, the truck comes flying off it.
Continuity mistake: When Mary talks to Bobby D at the crime scene, her hair moves back and forth over her left shoulder between shots throughout their conversation.
Continuity mistake: The Army Humvee arrives in Piedmont and finds the townsfolk all dead. The timecode on the truck's video recording is 22:13 hours. When the team gathers to learn of the situation, they are shown this video. The General then presents a video he says is 2 hrs later, the view from the drone with infrared film. The time code on this, is 3:15. Both were shot in the same place, and both would be local time, so the time is wrong. More to the point, the original drone footage did not have any timecode on it. Six-Can Solution/Silence of the Sheep - S4-E21
Continuity mistake: In "The Six Can Solution" Odie steals 6 cans, then when he gets to the girl's house there are 12 cans in his red wagon when the camera zeros in on Squeak. (00:10:10 - 00:11:30)
Continuity mistake: About half-way through the episode, Det. Sam Tyler is approaching a boat, searching for his younger self. In his hands is an M-14 rifle he has taken from a thug. He goes on board, enters the cabin, spots the child Sam Tyler, and sets the rifle down. A minute later, he picks up the M-14 and goes back on deck. In the next shot, however, he's actually holding an AK-47, which gets kicked out of his hands and into the water.
Continuity mistake: When Wolverine opens the door and Emma Frost is there, she is within less than an arm's reach of the door. When she says she has decided to join the X-Men, she along with Wolverine and Angel are suddenly a few steps outside away from the door, even though she was never shown stepping back. (00:02:17)
Containment - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, when the bad guy is preparing the syringe of small pox, he follows the usual method of tapping out any air in the tube - when he is shown injecting himself, a large air bubble is back in the syringe (which would probably kill him quicker than the smallpox).
