Continuity mistake: Despite being one of the few slasher films with a PG13 rating, whenever someone is stabbed, their bodies show no stab wounds when they appear again in the movie. The only character with blood stains where they had been stabbed has no holes in their clothing where the stab would have been, only blood stains.
Continuity mistake: When Tau is working under the rain, Walt is staring at him over his house. It's pouring heavily, but on the reflection of the window just behind him you can see the bluest sky.
Continuity mistake: When Ben is lying in the bath dying, he pulls down the shower curtain covering the note he has left on the floor for the doctors. When the scene changes then changes back to him in the bath, the shower curtain's position has moved. (01:49:00)
Continuity mistake: When Max is being beaten by Natasha's sister, she gives him a good whack to the right side of his face, leaving him bloody. But in the scenes to follow there is no mark or blood on his face.
Continuity mistake: On the morning of July 20, Stauffenberg cuts himself while shaving, leaving a noticeable mark on his neck. After he arms the bomb at the Wolf's Lair, the cut disappears. (01:02:40 - 01:06:15)
Continuity mistake: In the ending credits, Ule Matobo is listed as "President", but in the film (and later in season 7 of the TV series), he was always referred to as "Prime Minister".
Continuity mistake: Amount of liquid in glass changes from when she fills it to when she takes her first drink. (00:02:50)
Continuity mistake: When Samir parks by 128 Randolph, he leaves the vehicle with the drivers side window down, but when the other agents pull up, the window is rolled up.
Continuity mistake: Sylvie just managed to dodge Mary's questions about the fact that she's obviously hiding something. The convo shifts on the topic of Meg's father and the possible passing of the torch; Annette Bening's right hand constantly moves between holding one arm of the shades or the glass in the reverse shots. Continuity mistake: During the fight with the gypsy in the middle of nowhere, Bronson faces the crowd and raises his hands up but in the next shot his hands are pointing downward.
Continuity mistake: While George W. Bush is walking along with his cabinet in Texas, on his ranch, Dick Cheney goes from walking in back of the group to being up front quickly and mysteriously. (00:25:00 - 00:26:20)
Continuity mistake: At one point, when Leon is fighting with Mahogany on the train, there is a shot of blood dripping off a knife onto Leon's face. This blood later vanishes. (01:20:02 - 01:21:19)
Continuity mistake: When Jessie and Carlos walk to the church ruins, a big bruise on his nose suddenly appears for a couple of seconds, only to disappear briefly after.
Continuity mistake: When The Spirit is hit by the severed head in the first fight, you can see that the projectile thrown at him doesn't look like a head at all. However, it changes back when he is hit. (00:10:55)
Continuity mistake: When the Wheelers are at Shep and Millie's house, telling them about their move to Paris, Millie reaches over to the coffee table and takes a chip from the bowl. The shot changes to a different angle, and her empty hand is now resting on the sofa, then she reaches over and takes the chip again.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film when Georgiana is talking with her mother about her engagement, the curl running down the back of Georgiana's neck disappears and reappears multiple times.
Continuity mistake: When Aundrea and Chris are in a heated argument he slaps her. Before he slaps her, her vest is buttoned, but after she gets off the floor her vest is unbuttoned.
Continuity mistake: When the "substitute" boy gets off the train he is with an older women. The reporters ask the mom and boy to take a picture together. You can see from the camera angle that the older woman is in the background when the flashes go off taking the picture. Later in the movie, the psychiatrist holds up a newspaper article with the picture in it. In the newspaper picture, the older woman is not in the background.
Continuity mistake: When Bob Zelnick jokes about wiretapping Donald Nixon, his arm moves from resting on the tabletop to under his chin between shots. (00:39:40)
Continuity mistake: When Lane is yelling at her daughter and Danny's on the couch, her daughter's shirt is first on her shoulder, then it is suddenly off, then suddenly on again. Watch Lane's hands on her shoulder, too.
