Continuity mistake: Swagger was shot in the upper right chest and lower right abdomen, making him limp badly. When the teacher stitches him up, there is only the bullet hole in his chest. He also miraculously recovers immediately.
Continuity mistake: The beginning of the movie is set on Thursday, the day after Jim died, and Bridgette's face was just fine. Later in the movie, on Saturday, Bridgette was at the funeral with cuts and stitches on her face. Then, the movie goes back to Tuesday, the day before Jim died, and they show Bridgette running into the glass door and cutting her face. So if it happened on Tuesday, the first scene of the movie (Thursday) should have shown the cuts on her face.
Continuity mistake: At the end of National Treasure 1, Riley has a Ferrari 360 Spider. At the beginning of Book of Secrets, when his car is being towed away, it's a Ferrari F430 Spider. At the end of the movie, he is given back a 360 Spider.
Continuity mistake: Nick's character is eating an ice cream in the police car and eats the whole thing. When the shot changes to Simon's side, he's still got about half of it left.
Continuity mistake: When Bourne is talking to Firsch, the gun he is holding changes from a Glock in the shots facing Bourne, to a SigPro when the shots face Firsch.
Continuity mistake: When Nancy defuses the bomb, leaps into the air and falls down, her head is rested on her arm when she is lying on the floor (in the first scene). In the next scene, her hands are both together and her head is on the ground. (00:50:50)
Continuity mistake: The "Power Play" scene when Eric and Hanssen are in the car after a cancelled meeting (13). With Eric's line, "There's construction on E Street," the Kennedy Center appears behind his head, but in the next shot of him ("Sir, I'm SSG.,") the Kennedy Center shows up again, this time farther ahead of the car. Continuity mistake: In the scene outside the hospital, after Nick Poole has been shot, Remy Bressant picks up the bottle of liquor, which was capped by Patrick Kenzie and drinks straight from the bottle. The bottle has mysteriously uncapped itself.
Continuity mistake: When Briony sees Cecilia coming out of the fountain (from Briony's perspective), Cecilia steps out of the water with her right foot first. When we see the same scene afterwards, from Cecilia an Robbie's perspective, Cecilia steps with her left foot first.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie when Jamie leaves his father, his stepmom Ella follows him and his father's head remains in an upright position. However at the end of the movie when Jamie has a flashback of everything that happened, it shows Ella was using his father as a puppet. In the flashback sequence when she lets go of his father to follow Jamie, his father's head automatically drops on his chest and does not remain upright like it did earlier.
Continuity mistake: When Nick and Annie are lying together in the hospital bed the camera switches between them a few times, every time Annie's head is either closer to Nick's than it was in the last shot or farther away than in the last shot.
Continuity mistake: The amount of sacks by the oven that Laura moves away keeps increasing and decreasing randomly all the time.
Continuity mistake: When Nikolai is sitting in the chair in the brothel, his jacket sleeve is pulled up to his elbow. When Kiril pulls Nikolai to his feet, the sleeve is pulled all the way down. (00:34:00)
Continuity mistake: When Ashley is locked out of her house and decides to stay at Kale with Ronnie, she is wearing a brown skirt, up until a scene when she is at Kale's computer (still stranded/locked out) and she is wearing jeans. Continuity mistake: During the van chase sequence, the van door is open for the first few minutes. Then the van makes a sharp right turn and immediately it cuts to the door which is now closed. In the immediately following shot, it's back open yet again.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning scene at Vincent's trailer, Errol is looking through the cupboards as he questions Vincent. He comes across an adult magazine, and flips open to a page. He flips another page or two over, and the exact same picture is shown as the first picture he opened to initially.
Continuity mistake: When Ro eats the tub of ice cream, the way it faces and the amount in the tub continues to differ.

Continuity mistake: In the end of the film where Willy and Ted stand together in Ted's house, Ted says to Willy "See, you can't touch me, ever". The shot goes to Willy and you can see his finger off the trigger, yet in the close-up on the trigger you can see that Willy's finger is inside the trigger-guard and he pulls it out. (01:46:15)
