Continuity mistake: In the apartment Guilherme had rented for Camila, the doorbell sounds completely different in the two times it is rung (first when a boy is delivering flowers to her and then when it's Guilherme's lawyer who rings).
Continuity mistake: In the end of the film where Willy and Ted stand together in Ted's house, Ted says to Willy "See, you can't touch me, ever". The shot goes to Willy and you can see his finger off the trigger, yet in the close-up on the trigger you can see that Willy's finger is inside the trigger-guard and he pulls it out. (01:46:15)
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Dawn is sitting on the edge of the tub after her shower, her "purity ring" switches from her left hand to her right and then back to her left hand in between close up and wide angle shots. (00:40:25)

Continuity mistake: When Stump is killed, we can see him falling off the cliff with the headband on his head. However, later on the movie, Amber finds his headband in the mine.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Solomon brothers meet the ex-boyfriend James in ch 11, they grab "weapons" to defend themselves. John chooses a rolled up magazine and Dean chooses a small chimney broom, bristle side up (around 33 mins 10-17 secs in) but at about 33 mins 18 secs, the shot shows the small chimney broom's gold handle facing up and then at 33 mins and 20 secs, it is bristle side up again. It happens again at 33 mins 25 secs to 28 secs. (00:33:15)
Continuity mistake: When Chris is in the trailer with Tracy, he walks inside with his towel around the back of his neck. During the scene he takes the towel off, then when we see a shot from behind him later, the towel is still there.
Continuity mistake: In the scene just after the bathroom scene where she dumps the weed into the toilet, Jane writes the smiley in the sky and soon afterwards dumps her purse onto the sidewalk. Her cell phone (which was destroyed in the kitchen incident) falls out among the other items, without a scratch on it.
Continuity mistake: Jason Statham is in a '70 Chevelle, following Jet Li. In some shots it's a '69 Chevelle, which has a noticeably different body style.

Continuity mistake: The train that Carol takes from Washington to Baltimore is an Amtrak Acela Express train, as can be seen in the station and interior shots. The exterior shot of the train passing by shows a different type of Amtrak train.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, the car's shadow changes with each shot from very long to very short.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning of Part 3, Ryan Reynolds is on a deserted two-lane highway asking Hope Davis for help. She refuses to help, begins to turn and walk away down the double-yellow center lines of the road. In the next shot, we see her finishing the turn and walking on the edge of the road, by the white line (facing traffic). Continuity mistake: In the beginning, Jeff and his friend are having an argument about movies. As Jeff says "Yeah, so what", he is staring ahead, even turning his head slightly away from his friend. When the camera cuts to a wider angle, he is looking directly at his friend. (00:02:35)
Continuity mistake: When Garfield and Odie are on a fence trying to "leap" into the comic world, Odie's bone disappears in the close up shot and does not come back throughout that scene. (00:51:45)

Continuity mistake: When Walter is looking for the condom in his drawer, he pulls out a picture of a girl and some cylindrical object and puts them on the desk. The items change position in the shot where he turns his back to the camera. (00:52:40)
