Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie when Jamie leaves his father, his stepmom Ella follows him and his father's head remains in an upright position. However at the end of the movie when Jamie has a flashback of everything that happened, it shows Ella was using his father as a puppet. In the flashback sequence when she lets go of his father to follow Jamie, his father's head automatically drops on his chest and does not remain upright like it did earlier.
Continuity mistake: When Nick and Annie are lying together in the hospital bed the camera switches between them a few times, every time Annie's head is either closer to Nick's than it was in the last shot or farther away than in the last shot.
Continuity mistake: The amount of sacks by the oven that Laura moves away keeps increasing and decreasing randomly all the time.
Continuity mistake: When Nikolai is sitting in the chair in the brothel, his jacket sleeve is pulled up to his elbow. When Kiril pulls Nikolai to his feet, the sleeve is pulled all the way down. (00:34:00)
Continuity mistake: Just after Samuel Jackson has an argument with his daughter he sits on the bed and gets his safe. The clock reads 11:40, but in the next shot when you see him with stuff from the safe the clock reads 11:38. (01:03:20)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Sydney and the dorks are giving out free drinks and burgers Dinky comes up to her and begins talking to her. Just after they show the green soy burger, Dinky is to the left of the shot parting her hair: this immediately switches to both her hands down in the immediate following shot. A couple shots later you see the parting the hair shot come back into play at a different angle. (00:59:15)
Continuity mistake: This movie is supposed to take place before the film released with Johnny Knoxville, yet in this film the vehicle is freshly painted and bears the Confederate Flag that wasn't added until halfway through the first film.
Continuity mistake: During the conversation between Jesse James and Charley Ford after James has killed Ed Miller and woke Charley in the middle of the night, Charley's right suspender is initially twisted, yet, in the next shot his suspender is flat against his body, and remains so for the rest of the sequence.
Continuity mistake: When the car dies on the side of the road the headlights are off, but when Amy gets out of the car to go with David you catch the headlights shutting off.
Continuity mistake: Mike avoids colliding head-on with a pickup by swerving off the road into a farm field. He does this after passing a tractor and flatbed truck to his right. The shot changes and he is turning off the road into the field between the tractor and truck. (01:36:50)
Continuity mistake: Francis' bandages change from shot to shot. Example: When they first leave their compartment on the train to go get a drink, they make their way along an aisle. When Francis says "I want you both to know it", the blue pad is visible over his right ear, but the shot changes as he turns around to say "I love you, Peter." and the blue pad is completely hidden under the white vertical bandage. Continuity mistake: When John is at the pizza place after jogging, the sweat stain at the top of his shirt continuously changes.
Continuity mistake: When the dog leaps onto the cabinet, the contents inside fall out including the mop. The shot then switches to a ground shot showing more things fall. We see the mop fall again.
Continuity mistake: In the opening of the movie, when Rusty and Danny are flying back to visit Rueben, you see them boarding a Gulfstream G200. However, the interior shots actually show them flying in a Gulfstream 5 (probably the one on the ramp next to the G200 when they exit the aircraft).
Continuity mistake: When the guy and girl are sitting in the car, they put the newspaper with duct tape up on the window but later on both the duct tape and newspaper are gone.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Tom Cruise show the map of Iran the folder disappears and then reappears on the desk.
Continuity mistake: When the tentacle monster rips out a chunk of Norm's chest, a large spray of blood splashes on his right-side jaw and cheek. In every subsequent shot of him, this blood is gone and his jaws are completely clean. (00:26:30)

Continuity mistake: At the start, Tillman is reaching into the water with his right arm, as seen from the crocodile's perspective. But seen from above surface, he is reaching with his left arm.
Continuity mistake: When Ben and Gwen are fighting off aliens on Incarcecon, right after the tetramand destroys the hoverboard, the Omnitrix is missing from Ben's wrist.
