Continuity mistake: When Sheldon takes his son to school (right after the family picnic where they all heard him claim Ryan as his lover), in one shot his son takes his seat belt off, then two shots later when the son is going to get out of the car, he takes the seat belt off again.
Other mistake: In the opening credits, it says co-starring (in alphabetical order), however Charna Halpern is after Tim Walsh and before Debra Wilson. She should be listed after James Grace.
Continuity mistake: When Joe meets the President he is wearing orange Crocs, but when the President grabs his head he is wearing black flip flops.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jazmin (Monique), Stacey (Kendra C. Johnson) and Mia (Joyful Drake) are sitting/standing next to the pool watching Dr. Tunde Jonathan (Jimmy Jean-Louis) throughout the whole pool scene, you can see light reflectors in Mia's glasses, and also a boom mic.
Factual error: Throughout the film, most Japanese words are spelled in Katakana. In real-life Japanese, however, Katakana is exclusively used for foreign words adopted into Japanese language, like 'table', 'television' (mostly it is abbreviated to 'telebi') and 'racing car'. But in the film, even indiginous Japanese words such as 'samurai' are spelled in Katakana, not - as they should be - in Hiragana (the syllable system used for native words).
Continuity mistake: In the first movie, the prince has a little sister. She's mysteriously missing from the second movie, as if she never existed in the first place. I know she wasn't important to the plot, but still.
Continuity mistake: After another big reveal about her messed up family history, Sylvia goes to a pub and sits at the counter. Her arms are folded when seen from the front, or she's leaning with just her left when the camera is on the back. (01:05:35)
Character mistake: Lucy says the source of the quote "To err is human" as Alexander Pope's "An Essay on Man." The quote actually originates from Pope's earlier work, "An Essay on Criticism."
Continuity mistake: Used condoms start trickling down from a jar stuck in a tree. The woman subjected to this unusual rain looks up and one of the condoms gets on her face, over her eye. When the big bundle of condoms drops on her head, it is shown through two shots that are not at all in continuity with one another; different posture, head angle and the eye condom is gone and then back. (00:40:15)
Audio problem: After Brian and Mary put their packages into six side-by-side (horizontal) lockers, Brian closed five doors then his hand was too far away (and the door off-screen) to be closing the sixth one yet the sound of it slamming shut was made. (00:32:05)
Continuity mistake: During the cooking scene, Baelyn Neff sometimes wears a bellybutton piercing and sometimes not. (Time code from PAL DVD.) (00:59:05)
Continuity mistake: During the bus scenes near the beginning (that take place after the paintball sequence), the backgrounds looking out the windows of the bus change in the shots. Some of the scenery outside is city, back to open land, and back to city.
Factual error: At one point, a screencast of a computer screen shows a video of Barry Brickman on the desktop environment of Windows XP (operating system, developed by Microsoft, released in 2001). However, the app that plays the video is QuickTime for Mac (which runs on Mac OS only), not QuickTime for Windows (which runs on Windows XP). These two versions of QuickTime are almost identical in every respect, except for their title bar (the narrow horizontal area above the video). (00:19:15)
