Factual error: There would not be so many people standing around on the flight deck without some type of ear and eye protection and a float coat.
Continuity mistake: As V attacks all of Creedy's men with his knives, in one shot he cuts one man's neck, and blood sprays onto the man's face, but in the next shot as the man falls, his face is clean.

Continuity mistake: When Jimmy is getting ready to propose, in the shot where he pets his dog, you can see in the first shot from in front he is not moving, yet in the next shot he is walking and leaning towards the dog.
Continuity mistake: When Franks Audi does the big jump from the top of the car park, it lands and you can see the front of the car get damaged, yet in later shots the damage has gone.
Continuity mistake: The plane they are on changes several times throughout the movie. When it is sitting at the gate in Dallas, and while being pushed back from the gate, it is a Boeing 737. When it is shown taxiing out, it is an Airbus A320. Air to air shots are of a Boeing 767, which is also the same as the interior shots all throughout the movie. The 737 and A320 are narrowbodies, while the 767 is a widebody, commonly configured 2-4-2 like the interior in the movie.
Continuity mistake: When Nancy is dancing, she is alternately wearing/not wearing gloves between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Bruce is thrown off the truck when released from prison, you can see his bag in the background as he rolls at least 5 feet away to his right. When the angle changes and he's getting up, the bag is right in front of him, if not slightly to his left. (00:05:50)
Continuity mistake: When the cast are at the Miranda colony and discover that everyone is dead, there is a rotating shot of River as she realises what happened. Prior to this there is a brief closeup shot of the rest of the cast as they turn to face her. Jayne turns to his right, but in the following rotating shot of River he has turned from his left. Continuity mistake: The male lead is seen reading an article in the newspaper, the headline of which says "serial killer arrested at Pendleton University," but when he reads the headline aloud, he mentions the professor that killed students at Alpine University, which doesn't match the headline from the paper he's reading.
Deliberate mistake: When the New York subway is flooded the interior shot shows the station is Wilshire Blvd. Wilshire Blvd is in Los Angeles and the film clip appears to be stock footage from the Universal Studios Tour ride.
Visible crew/equipment: When Amanda is tangled in all the ropes and straps in the plane you see a diver behind her trying to hide from the camera man.

Plot hole: In the end, when Charlie is advancing on Emily while turning his light on and off, the final time he turns it on, Kathrine is in front of Emily. How could she get there so fast without being heard? There's at least 4-5 inches of water that would make sneaking very hard.
Continuity mistake: In the scene after the French General attempts to burn down the forest, Jacob throws the magical axe at the King's servant, who is attempting to kill him. The magical axe comes back and kills the servant. In the next scene, you see Jacob climbing the Tower, and on the ground you can see the axe, with no blood on it, and the body is nowhere to be seen.
Visible crew/equipment: When Wendy goes into the bathroom, you can see the cameraman's shadow moving. (00:48:45)
Continuity mistake: The girl is supposed to be bathing in the sea naked, yet when she emerges the camera shot is a little too low and reveals that she is wearing bikini bottoms.

Continuity mistake: When the Seagrass is attacked, the two girls are thrown through the cabin's rear windows, landing on the outside deck. When the boat's owner finds it, a camera circles the Seagrass from a distance and the rear windows are intact. When he and Elizabeth board the boat, the windows are again broken. (00:26:40 - 00:42:15)
