Continuity mistake: When Maddie and the others are trapped in the silo, there are a lot of locusts that have landed on the structure, but there is also a huge number of locusts flying through the air all around. After they electrocute the locusts, there's not a single live locust to be seen anywhere, even though all the insects that were not directly on top of the metal building should have survived.
Continuity mistake: After Hurricane Eduardo strikes Dade county, the news report says that the storm has moved north of Miami to threaten Georgia and the Carolinas. Later, at FEMA, the visible satellites show one system of indeterminate strength with its center well southeast of Miami, as well as a hurricane with an eye moving westward several hundred miles east of that. Nothing is shown moving up the Florida coast where Eduardo was described to be.
Continuity mistake: When Rudy reach out his hand and introduces himself to Jack, we see Jack holding his hands down. When it cuts he has his left hand by his mouth. (00:17:35)
Continuity mistake: In the end of the movie, they show Henry being put into the ambulance on the stretcher. The next shot is of Sam and Naomi Watts's character and then another shot of the ambulance, where Henry's body on the stretcher is outside the ambulance again.
Continuity mistake: When Tifa first shows up to the scene at the ShinRa Monument, she looks over to see Denzel standing and her hair has fallen over her shoulder. When it cuts to a closer shot of Denzel (still over Tifa's shoulder), her hair instantly moved back.
Continuity mistake: When Tom's car crashes against the water bottles, the crash causes a hole in the windshield. A second later it's fixed and perfect.
Continuity mistake: When David is writing about Emily needing more time, etc. you see three lines in the close-up of him writing. When he picks up his hand and notices the spot on his palm there are 5 lines of writing on the paper. (00:17:45)
Continuity mistake: During the song sequence of "Chham Se Woh A Jaye"(the wedding song), Abhishek Bachchan's dupatta keeps changing the way it is wound around. Once it is around his left shoulder, and once around his right. This continues throughout the song, whenever the camera focuses on him and Zayed Khan.
Continuity mistake: When Kelly Brook trips over the sofa in the hallway you see her fall and as she gets up you can see a blue thong, 00:07:24. Now when you see her later on in the film when she is sitting by the dining room table with Dennis Hopper eating when she gets up she is wearing purple lacy underwear 01:02:26. Later on when she is fighting the man with glasses from under the bed, when you see him pulling her legs in order to get her out from under the bed you see her wearing black knickers 01:19:32 or you can get a better shot at 01:19:33. Now all the characters of this film are supposed to be trapped and when they're kidnapped the clothes they're wearing should be what they wear for the whole film.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where they ask Tina about what went on while she was in the tunnels, there are several shots where you can see her right hand covered in blood. But when they show a close up of them cutting the same hand to see if she's infected by the fungus, you can see that her hand is slightly dirty but without a trace of blood.
Continuity mistake: In this scene we see the police car chasing Wesley Snipes' car. During the chase we see that Snipes' car has sustained heavy damage to both front doors, then when the car finally comes to a stop after the chase, it has repaired itself. The doors are repaired with only slight damage to the right front.
Continuity mistake: In the deer scene the deer breaks the window but the next shot shows the window unbroken.
Continuity mistake: When playing the first game of chess at the pool hall, Mr Green loses his Queen. When he wins the game he gets check mate using his queen.
Suggested correction: You can get back the Queen when the Pawn reaches the end of the other side of the chess board.
Continuity mistake: Tony Jaa is stabbed during the scene where he breaks 50 guys' bones. In the next scene which takes place, he fights 3 giants, and during that sequence, he takes off his shirt. Somehow, the stab wound has magically vanished.
Continuity mistake: When Tuffy's son is killed, you see his shoe fly by the camera, with his severed foot still inside. Shortly after, when you see the shoe again, it is empty, and simply covered in blood.
Continuity mistake: During the chase after John witnesses a woman get kidnapped, one of the thugs shoots out of the driver's side headlight of his blue van. A couple of shots later, the headlight is back in and it's there for the rest of the chase.
Continuity mistake: After the accident, the wife, still bedridden, is talking to the doctor. The doctor has a stethoscope across his shoulders; too bad in some shots the disc is on his left shoulder, in others (such as his dramatic walk-away shot) on the opposite. (00:02:15)
Continuity mistake: When Nisha is talking with Clayton outside his house she leaves in her car and closes the door twice.
