Continuity mistake: Just after Tom has finished making love to his wife on the stairs we see him lying there with his left arm across his groin area. When the shot changes, his arm has moved up crossing his chest. (01:06:55)
Continuity mistake: During the presentation the heart on Marie's friends necklace keeps moving positions during different shots. Sometimes it's hanging from the left side of the heart, sometimes the right. It is extremely unlikely that the heart would move that vigorously while she is calmly sitting in a chair.
Continuity mistake: When Maddie and the others are trapped in the silo, there are a lot of locusts that have landed on the structure, but there is also a huge number of locusts flying through the air all around. After they electrocute the locusts, there's not a single live locust to be seen anywhere, even though all the insects that were not directly on top of the metal building should have survived.
Continuity mistake: After Hurricane Eduardo strikes Dade county, the news report says that the storm has moved north of Miami to threaten Georgia and the Carolinas. Later, at FEMA, the visible satellites show one system of indeterminate strength with its center well southeast of Miami, as well as a hurricane with an eye moving westward several hundred miles east of that. Nothing is shown moving up the Florida coast where Eduardo was described to be.
Continuity mistake: When Vann and Andy are at eating burgers, Vann is seen drinking from his cup in some angles and in others the cup is in resting in his hand.
Continuity mistake: When Tifa first shows up to the scene at the ShinRa Monument, she looks over to see Denzel standing and her hair has fallen over her shoulder. When it cuts to a closer shot of Denzel (still over Tifa's shoulder), her hair instantly moved back.
Continuity mistake: During the song sequence of "Chham Se Woh A Jaye"(the wedding song), Abhishek Bachchan's dupatta keeps changing the way it is wound around. Once it is around his left shoulder, and once around his right. This continues throughout the song, whenever the camera focuses on him and Zayed Khan.
Continuity mistake: When the cast is at the night pep rally, as Tommy Lee Jones is giving his speech to the student body, his candle keeps changing lengths. (01:18:00 - 01:20:00)
Continuity mistake: In the scene when the man on the horse tries to get the case, you can plainly see that his scar changes from dark to bright red and then back again.
Continuity mistake: In the scene at the end of the film when the Z-Boys finally get to skate in Sid's empty pool, the skateboard that is left on the steps changes position every other shot. When the guys first get into the pool, it is facing board-side out. In the next shot, it is facing wheel-side out. Then it alternates back and forth until the end of the scene.
Continuity mistake: In this scene we see the police car chasing Wesley Snipes' car. During the chase we see that Snipes' car has sustained heavy damage to both front doors, then when the car finally comes to a stop after the chase, it has repaired itself. The doors are repaired with only slight damage to the right front.
Continuity mistake: When Beowulf enters the water cave and seeing Grendel's body, the initial shot has his right arm sitting next to him (most likely placed there after his mother's took it from the Meat Hall). When Beowulf leans over to touch Grendel's chest, the arm is gone.
Continuity mistake: The black agent who is shot dead is lying on his back after being killed. Later, when Cold and his female associate find him, he's now lying on his side.
Continuity mistake: Tony Jaa is stabbed during the scene where he breaks 50 guys' bones. In the next scene which takes place, he fights 3 giants, and during that sequence, he takes off his shirt. Somehow, the stab wound has magically vanished.
Continuity mistake: During the chase after John witnesses a woman get kidnapped, one of the thugs shoots out of the driver's side headlight of his blue van. A couple of shots later, the headlight is back in and it's there for the rest of the chase.
Continuity mistake: Major Kang Min-gil in the opening meeting stands up and mentions the meeting when both North and South Korea agreed to build a nuke. The female scientist in the wide shot is leaning with her chin on the back of her hand in the wide angle, but at the mid-sentence cut she has the palm of her hand along her cheek. (00:04:35)
Continuity mistake: When Tuffy's son is killed, you see his shoe fly by the camera, with his severed foot still inside. Shortly after, when you see the shoe again, it is empty, and simply covered in blood.
