Visible crew/equipment: When Sylvia and Barrie go inside the house after the children's fight, the camera crew is reflected on the window.
Factual error: The stadium in the opening scene was not around in 1995. The first game played in that stadium was 2001.
Continuity mistake: Bill and Albert are having a drink and smoke by the window when it is raining. The first shot shows the rain thrashing down on the window and dripping off it. But it cuts to a different shot. It is still raining, but there isn't a drip coming off the window.
Revealing mistake: When Gene's bodyguard (the one with the moustache) shoots Slasher and Duke, just before Slasher is shot the bullet hole effect is visible on her forehead (sightly concealed by make-up) just before the actual 'shot'.
Continuity mistake: When Jule has found her phone she calls for Jan but then Hardenberg arrives home and catches her. He then wrestles her to the floor, so Jan comes and beats him off her. However, as he wrestles with Jule, her black woollen hat falls off onto the floor. But after Jan beats him off her it is back on her head firmly. (01:02:00)
Continuity mistake: When the girls are looking for food in the container, the blouse straps from the girl on the left change position frequently.
Continuity mistake: Near the end, Mike is hanging the glass angel he got from Artie on the tree. Nina comes in through the front door, leaving the door chain hanging (unlatched), yet, in the very next shot the chain is on.
Visible crew/equipment: While Dr. Kinsey and the president of the university are talking with Dr. Greg about getting a grant from the Rockefeller Centre, in the mirror behind them on the right hand side you can see a crewmember ducking out of sight.
Visible crew/equipment: Within the first few shots when Laramie is driving his convertible down the highway, as the camera first pans across the shiny side of the car, the camera equipment is visible in the glare.
Continuity mistake: Vincent drives a black Cadillac Esplanade throughout the movie. In the scene where Ben and his security advisor tail Vincent to his base of operation, Vincent turns a corner and the Cadillac becomes a black GMC Yukon. When he arrives, it is a Cadillac again.
Other mistake: When Jack is reading the paper about the death of two other characters in a hotel, there's a newspaper insert and we can see that, with the exception of the headlines, everything is mumble-jumble, incoherent text just to fill the space.
Continuity mistake: When the main character lady is having a drink with a guy at the wedding, she drops her little yellow umbrella on the floor. The guy gives her his pink umbrella. The shot switches and they both have umbrellas in their glasses, the guy has his pink one, and the girl has her yellow one.

Deliberate mistake: Frankie's voice-over reading of the letter to his father does not match the text of the letter. He says, "Ricky Munroe told me. Trust him to put his big feet right in it. I've told him hundreds and hundreds of times." but the letter reads, "Ricky Munroe told me. Trust him to put his size threes right in it. He is rubbish at secrets. I've told him hundreds and hundreds of times." (00:21:15)
Factual error: Charles II appears to be teased by Nell Gwynn into changing the law where women were not permitted to act just because she wanted to be an actress. By the time when Charles II did so, more than likely he did not know Nell Gwynn existed. It was through the stage that he ever knew about her and made her his mistress.
Factual error: The song that Davy Crockett plays on the violin is 'The Mockingbird Quick-Step,' written in 1855, several decades after the events of this movie (and later used by the 'Three Stooges' as a theme song.).
