Other mistake: During the gypsy fair, when the young Phantom is hurriedly pulling the bag back over his head, you can see the actor's face from the side, through the bars of the cage. There is no deformity, even though the angle of the shot shows the top right of his face, where the mask is always worn later. Even moreso: his deformity is bumpy, and the side of his face is all baby smooth.
Other mistake: In the scene where they're loading Tom Cruise's first victim into the trunk, as Max lifts at the arms you can see the "dead" guy holding onto Max's forearms. (00:20:55)
Other mistake: When Alice asks Dan to make her some tea (after he tells her about him and Anna), he walks into the kitchen for just a moment, and comes back to find her gone. He also doesn't see her as he runs downstairs and looks outside. She couldn't have quietly gone down the stairs and out of the building in the short moment that Dan was in the kitchen. If she had moved quickly, there should have been a lot noise from her footsteps.
Other mistake: In one of the beginning scenes, when Noah and Fin are at the fair, you see Allie and Sarah on the bumper cars. Allie bumps into Sarah, and you can see and hear Sarah yell "Rachel," which is actually the name of the actress who plays Allie - Rachel McAdams. (00:05:20)
Other mistake: When Don and his father are driving home and Don's father throws his ring out the window, Don gets out to search for the ring and you can see wet marks on his shins from kneeling on the wet road. However, he hasn't knelt down yet. It must have been from previous takes. Also, when he gets up after kneeling down, his jeans are dry. (01:01:50)
Other mistake: While asking Napoleon to pull him into town, Kip is putting on his roller blades. They live on a gravel road seen in other shots which would be impossible to rollerblade on while being towed behind a bike.
Other mistake: Vivian and Bernard are standing outside of Albert's Open Spaces office taking to him when Tommy calls Bernard's cell phone. Bernard hands the phone to Vivian, who takes the phone and puts it next to her ear, upside-down, and begins talking to Tommy, through the speaker, and listening to him, through the microphone.
Other mistake: When Ms Norbury passes back the failing grade on the math tests and states she needs it signed by her parents, the test states it's the "Limits Test" but the test is on convergence and divergence of infinite series.
Other mistake: In the end when everyone is on the Kippie Kann show, they show the clip of Lulu and Joyce at the restaurant. It shows Lulu saying, "I'd say it's nice to see you, but then I'd be lying." In the restaurant scene, Lulu never says that.
Other mistake: On the first day of the Big Bounce, during the dancing, a white towel-like object is dropped on the floor and in the next shot it is gone.
Other mistake: Just before the second period against the USSR, we see a couple of shots of the benched Soviet starting goaltender Vladislav Tretiak. His hair is dry and combed, and there is no sign of perspiration, despite having just played the whole first period. After the game is over, we see a shot of the Soviet players watching the Americans celebrate. This time Tretiak's hair is wet and his face is sweaty. Shouldn't it be the other way around (i.e., hair is wet after playing one period, then dry after sitting on the bench for two periods)?
Other mistake: When Paul is making the DVD, there's a record of Terri performing a song she wrote(One more mile to Jericho). At the very end, outside the school the kids start play some music together with Terri singing. That's supposed to be some random thing like it was before, but actually they play and sing Terri's own song. How come?
Other mistake: When Jack is reading the paper about the death of two other characters in a hotel, there's a newspaper insert and we can see that, with the exception of the headlines, everything is mumble-jumble, incoherent text just to fill the space.
Other mistake: Rose's secretary tells her that Rose's sister couldn't spend Christmas with her. But in Rose's mother's hospital room, all of the childhood pictures she points out shows a girl and a boy, not two girls. One could claim that they also had a brother, and that there was never taken any photos of her sister, but since the whole story is about the fact that Rose doesn't have anyone to spend X-mas with, wouldn't she call her brother if she had one?
Other mistake: After Ethan crashes the Impala, he shoots at Keifer to make sure he's dead. Keifer's head and torso are on the hood of the car, but the shots break the back window on the driver's side. (01:13:05)
Other mistake: When Calvin is driving to the barbershop, he has just passed Colfax Street. He starts turning the steering wheel, but he is just pulling straight up to the shop, not making any turns.
Other mistake: The timing for the Hall of Fame vote is all wrong. The vote and the announcement for the Hall of Fame happen in December and January, not during the middle of the season.
Other mistake: At the billiard place in Bogota, just after Javier gives some money to Maria, pay attention to a couple of her shots: there is a horizontal line of dirt on the lens, that runs across the screen.
Other mistake: While the Trojan warning gongs ring, in the shot of the citizens when they run past the guards to return to the safety within the walls, there is something stuck to the left side of the camera (it looks like a long piece of hair), which flickers on the screen as the camera continues to pan in closer. (00:35:30)
Other mistake: In the beginning of the film, letters on the screen describe the lady as the "Musican's Wife" It should be "Musician's Wife. "Musician's" is misspelled.
