Continuity mistake: In the very beginning, just before impact, Walker goes out onto the balcony for a supposed security breach. Over the radio, the other officer refers to him as Sgt. Walker, but he, and others refer to him as Capt. Walker.
Continuity mistake: In the second episode, Thar tells Tenar that "one of [her] successors" conspired with the Kargide king to destroy their order's magical amulet. But Thar is speaking of the past, so the woman in question must have been her predecessor, not her successor.
Continuity mistake: When Howl first flies with Young Sophie, he wears a ring on each hand. As they take off, one of the rings momentarily vanishes.
Factual error: In the scene of reaching Machu Pichu, the asthmatic Che Guevara is practically running up (6.000 meters high), and his friend, who doesn't suffer from any respiratory illness, is gasping for air. In other scenes, the asthma plays an important role in the film.
Other mistake: In the Arena Challenge scene, Nokama yells at Vakama to shoot the statue. In this shot, the back of her head passes through her armor, which cannot be possible with the actual Nokama figure. (00:21:49)
Other mistake: When Rebecca, Audrey, Kathryn, May, and Sid are surprised when Ash goes over to Rafe, Rebecca's computer moves, but the background that it shows does not reflect this movement. (00:38:31)
Continuity mistake: Yugi looks at a few pieces of paper to see if it will help him put the pieces of the Millennium Puzzle together. After he puts the papers down, his left hand is empty. Then there is a close-up of him looking at one of the pieces. His left shoulder isn't shown moving in the close-up, but in the shot after that, he is holding a puzzle piece in his left hand, which wouldn't have been possible to pick up with his hand if his shoulder didn't move.
