Everything in Its Right Place - S4-E11
Character mistake: Lucas is seen placing flowers on Keith's tombstone, which states he died on January 23, 2006. In the next shot Lucas places a single flower on the grave of Jimmy Edwards, who died the same day and in the same scene as Keith, yet his tombstone states that he died on March 1, 2006.
Character mistake: When Angus is found dead, he left a word, "murder", in steam on the mirror. Daisy cleaned off the word before anybody, except Laura, could see it. Later, Daisy said that Laura was annoyed with her because she had wiped the words, plural, off the mirror. But it was only one word.
Character mistake: At the end of the episode, after Sarah has been tricked into revealing her plan and is rather obviously going to go to jail, Tru tells her that she "should have taken half," meaning that she should have settled for half of Andrew's money in a divorce instead of trying to get all of it by having him murdered. But Tru seems to be forgetting that Sarah has been trying to divorce Andrew all along, and it's Andrew who has stood in the way of that. Sarah would evidently have been perfectly happy with half, but Andrew prevented it from even being on the table for her, so Tru's comment doesn't make any sense.
Character mistake: When Kate mentions James Bond, and DiNozzo lists the actors who have played him, he forgets Timothy Dalton. As a self-proclaimed film buff, that's not a mistake he would make.
Character mistake: Marissa said to Ryan (in episode "The Brothers Grim") that the last time she was in Chino, she "saved his ass". She was referring to Thanksgiving, but that's not the last time she was in Chino. The last time she was in Chino was in "The Nana" when she ran there after finding out about Luke and her mother's affair.
Suggested correction: She saved his ass when she talked to Eddie about letting him stay. So her phrasing is correct.
Character mistake: Another identity mistake in the finale: When Beast Boy's team is initially subdued, we see honorary Titan Hot Spot standing amongst the villains even though he is a) a hero and b) is supposed to be frozen solid at that time.
Hookers, Hookers, Hookers - S8-E4
Character mistake: Gordon says that he never had sex with anyone Alan knows, yet in Season 3 he briefly dated Rose and according to Rose also had sex with her.
Devil Music - S5-E4
Character mistake: When they pulled the bullet out of the wall of the Five and Dime, Danny says that it was either a .40 or .45 caliber. The .40 caliber was not produced until 1990, 37 years after the date the crime took place. (00:30:00 - 00:35:00)
The Devil Made Me Do It - S1-E8
Character mistake: In his discussion with Joan about the belief that the devil sometimes disguises himself as God, Father Ken calls the Book of Revelation "Revelations."
