Other mistake: In the fight scene between Daredevil and Elektra, some of the sheets hanging to dry still have crease lines from taking them out of the package, meaning they have never been on a bed or ever laundered before, just bought for the movie and immediately hung up.
Other mistake: When Connie Nielsen is driving the Hummer (with John as the passenger), the steering wheel doesn't move, but her hands do.
Other mistake: When Mike goes to Marcus's house to apologize, as Marcus lets Mike in and they walk through the house you can see the corner of a very nice built-in pool through the glass doors, even though a large part of the beginning and the end of the movie take place in Marcus's '$3900' portable pool and its subsequent replacement. (01:34:20)
Other mistake: When the Angels are in the bar in Mongolia, and Alex is trying to get out of the trapdoor with Ray Carter, a guy falls over the trapdoor entrance. When Dylan tries to move him, and sits down on top of him, the trapdoor falls in. Wouldn't that crush Alex and Ray Carter? (00:04:55)
Other mistake: When Leatherface chops off Andy's leg with a chainsaw, Leatherface's shadow is seen through the bedsheets, and he is next to Andy. However, Andy runs by very quickly, and there is no way Leatherface would have had enough time to reach froward and chop off his leg.
Other mistake: The Japanese phrase the chef says to The Bride when handing her the food is used after a meal, not before the meal.
Other mistake: When Gavilan is leaving the building after his first interview with Sartain, he passes a memorial wreath with pictures of H20Klick's members. The banner reads "In Memorium" which is a misspelling. It should read "In Memoriam".
Other mistake: When Tommy and Archie are in the tank keeping the arms dealers distracted, Tommy turns his head to see what the noise he heard is(Vanessa breaking out of the van), allowing the laser technician to get behind a dual .50cal machine gun. However, it takes about 25 seconds for the laser technician to get to the gun and for Tommy to look at him. Tommy should have only glanced at the noise, but instead he looks and stares at it for a long time - 25 seconds. He would have easily seen and heard the technician going for the .50cal and had 25 seconds to pull the trigger and kill him. (01:22:00)
Other mistake: When Sands shoots the waitress she dies without receiving a visible injury. (00:37:00)
Other mistake: As Roy meets his daughter, he gets out of his car and we see the car door left open as he runs towards her. Near the end of their conversation, the camera focuses on Roy, and through the space between his body and right arm, you can see the side view mirror indicating the door is now shut without anyone touching it. (00:26:50)
Other mistake: When the doctor friend of Denzel Washington tries to cover him by saying the cell-phone number is his, doesn't anyone just call him or check his phone to verify the number? No one would have any reason to suspect he's lying but this was supposed to be a major murder case and it would take only a moment to check it out.
Other mistake: When Earl and Hank are in the police car, there is one shot where you are looking from Earl's POV. In this POV the rear view mirrow is just a black outline, not a mirror. (00:54:30)
Other mistake: In the scene where LL catches up to the suspect running from him, it is obvious that LL never really puts the handcuffs on the suspect. You can hear the noise but he is not being cuffed.
Other mistake: Toward the end of the movie when Bitsy is racing to get to the prison before the execution, she has car trouble. She tries the key again before giving up, grabbing the video tape and running down the road. This same "car trouble and desperate race" scene is shown at the opening of the movie, but Bitsy exits the car immediately after it stops. There is no delay to allow for her to try the key again or grab the video tape.
Other mistake: Sam asks Leo if she can see his gun, then she points it at him. He laughs and says the clip is removed and that he would never have let her have a loaded gun. She shows him the clip she has stolen from his pocket, loads it into the gun, and cocks it. When she cocks it, a round comes out, meaning that there was already a round in the chamber, so he did give her a loaded gun. She only had one shot, but it was still loaded.
Other mistake: In the scene where the first girl is getting a tattoo on her rear end, the tattooist, Tina, is holding the ink gun at an extreme angle, when in reality, the ink gun is held straight up and down because the ink is gravity fed. She is also bending over while receiving the tattoo, when in reality, she would be laying on a tattoo chair for stability.
Other mistake: In several scenes the Detective is wearing his shield attached to his belt. NYC Detectives do not do this, if displayed it is pinned to their outermost garment.
Other mistake: When B-Rad is going to battle the other rapper and has to call the side of a coin that will come up after a flip, he calls tails and elects to go second. There are several mistakes here. First off, the guy who flips the coin doesn't even check to see which side the coin landed on. Secondly, the coin somehow disappears - the guy goes right on talking into the microphone in the next shot with the other hand not holding the coin. Lastly, which hand the microphone is in changes instantly from shot to shot.
Other mistake: There are no wires going to the phone booths in the town of Cheerful. (00:18:00)
Other mistake: When "the killer" is pumping gas, if you count the clicks associated with a liter going into the tank, they equal a total of 33 liters of gas, not 27 which is what the pump stops on.
