Visible crew/equipment: In the introduction/theme song, as Tardy Turtle is receiving his diploma, you can see the head of Victor Yerrid (the puppeteer) under the character.
Plot hole: In Cam's song in the dream, one of the lines is: "No fun, no sun." However, at the start of the dream, all of the Dumping Ground kids are outside in the daylight.
Looking For Love in All The Wrong Cages - S2-E9
Factual error: The zoologist tells Gavin that he is handling a deadly coral snake. The snake is red, with black and yellow stripes, which is indeed the coloring of the coral snake. However, the yellow bands are inside pairs of black, and only the black touches the red. "Red touch black, good for Jack. Red touch yellow, kills a fellow." This is a harmless milk snake.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode after Ephram's dad picks him up from school they arrive home and in a few shots there is no license plate on the car. It reappears a few scenes later.
The Monsters Are on Maple Street - S1-E32
Continuity mistake: During the disturbance, the crystal punch bowl shatters, spilling glass and punch all over the table. Subsequent shots show the punch bowl still intact with no punch spillage.
Factual error: When PC Plum picks up a set of keys from the table, Eadie McCredie claims they are her keys for her minibus. She drives an LDV Convoy minibus and the key is from a Vauxhall, a completely different design.
Continuity mistake: In "Coach" (Season 3, Episode 7), Kate says that Mrs. Krupp's first name is Alice. However, in "CJ's Temptation" (Season 3, Episode 14) CJ says that Mrs. Krupp's first name is Mindy.
Factual error: In the opening sequences of the show, B-17s are over the Ruhr in August 1944, and yet they're being attacked by nothing but yellow-nosed BF-109E's. The yellow nose was discontinued at about the end of the Battle of Britain, and the "E" model was discontinued even before that.

Visible crew/equipment: When Mona and Miles get back to Mona's apartment after dancing at the club, just as Mona mentions smuggling crab legs in her purse, in the next shot the unfinished edge of the hallway set wall is visible at the left side of the screen, so we can see Mona's apartment. Factual error: During the maths exam, Dr. Mariani instructs Lamponne to write two division signs together and then to write 1 divided by 0, two things that are impossible in secondary school maths. (00:41:02)

Continuity mistake: Between when the grape juice pours into the bathtub and when Ruby comes back in, the purple shade of the water is noticeably different.
