Mr. Monk and the End - Part I - S8-E15
Continuity mistake: In 3-7 "Employee of the Month", Joe Christie says he was with Monk when he got the news of Trudy's death. He said Monk had been laughing, and that he never heard him laugh again. In this episode Monk and Stottlemeyer get called to the scene of a crime, a women's clinic. In this episode there is a flashback to the exact same location years earlier and to Stottlemeyer getting the phone call about Trudy's death. He and Monk were working a case that day and Joe Christie was not present.
Enemy Fire - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: In episode 2-4 "The Funk Hole " which takes place in the fall of 1940, Andrew states to Sam that his mother died when he was eight years old. In this episode (Feb to June 1941), Foyle is looking at his wife's grave; it shows his mother died in 1932, which would have meant Andrew was born in 1924, and only 16 in 1940, far too young to be a Spitfire pilot. Also, his commanding officer states "the younger pilots look up to you, Andrew", before one of the "younger" pilots (age 19) is badly burned in a crash in Andrew's plane.
Out of Gas - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: In the flashback where Mal and Zoë meet Jayne for the first time, every close-up of Mal and the one close-up of Zoë shows their hair blowing in the wind. But in the shots of them together, their hair is completely still.
Continuity mistake: They check up Pyramid Inc at the Eastpoint Insurance register for the Volvo S80 to GPS track at the beginning of the episode. Next scene they're putting a tracker on a S60. (00:01:53)
Going Under - S5-E2
Continuity mistake: After Calleigh's Hummer is hit from the rear, it is shown going into the water with no visible damage to the front of the vehicle. After the first commercial break it is being pulled from the water with a dented and buckled hood.
Continuity mistake: When George comes upstairs to his bedroom, he closes the door carefully behind him. Then he goes to look in the mirror for a moment, and when he heads back to his bed, the door is wide open.
Continuity mistake: When the professor stands up in the holding cell after Jack tells him that someone saw Skye at 10:30, he slams his chair back causing it to tip over. In the next shot the chair is upright, then when he goes to sit back down, it is again on its side.
Continuity mistake: When Dana and Johnny are drinking wine, the amount in the glasses change between shots. Also whenever they pretend to drink, if you watch closely the liquid in the glasses doesn't even so much as touch their lips when they drink.
Forever Red - S1-E34
Continuity mistake: Serpentera is different from the Serpentera shown in Series 2, 3, and 4.
Continuity mistake: Near the start when the Wellards start singing "Rise and Shine", Roxy is swinging her arms the opposite way of her siblings, yet in the very next shot, they are swinging the same way, without enough time for her to change.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode after Ephram's dad picks him up from school they arrive home and in a few shots there is no license plate on the car. It reappears a few scenes later.
The Monsters Are on Maple Street - S1-E32
Continuity mistake: During the disturbance, the crystal punch bowl shatters, spilling glass and punch all over the table. Subsequent shots show the punch bowl still intact with no punch spillage.
Continuity mistake: When Claudette, Danni, Julien and Wagenbach are at the overturned churro cart crime scene, Claudette is seen pulling a pair of white gloves from her pocket. The gloves then disappear from her hands in a wide shot of her talking to Julien about the crime scene, but reappear in the next shot. (00:16:45)
Episode #4.2 - S4-E2
Continuity mistake: The ladder carried by a bomber is a plain, ordinary ladder. After he puts it up against a post, it changes to an extendable one made up of three connected ladders.
Continuity mistake: In "Coach" (Season 3, Episode 7), Kate says that Mrs. Krupp's first name is Alice. However, in "CJ's Temptation" (Season 3, Episode 14) CJ says that Mrs. Krupp's first name is Mindy.
