Mr. Monk and the End - Part I - S8-E15
Corrected entry: At the beginning of the season 8 episode "Mr. Monk and the End Pt. 1" the scene shows Monk and Trudy prior to the car bombing, together. Monk notices a new present under the tree. He mentions the present to her. However, in the season 4 episode, "Mr. Monk and the Secret Santa", he tells Natalie that he found the gift after Trudy died. Considering Monk's extraordinary gift for memory it seems unlikely that he would have forgotten how he discovered the gift.
Corrected entry: When Wash and Kaylee are in the junk yard, Wash picks up an engine part and kicks it. If you look closely, you can see that this is the same part that fails in "Out of Gas".
Correction: No, it isn't. The piece Wash throws (not kicks, by the way) is a completely different piece. In "Out of Gas" the engine part that fails is a Y-shaped tube. In "Ariel" the piece is very obviously F-shaped when you freeze frame.
Episode One - S1-E1
Corrected entry: When Craig David is at the hair dresser's, after he has had his rows done, in the mirror in the background you can see the camera crew reflected.
Correction: The 'Craig David' sketch is meant to be a documentary, so it does not matter if the cameras are visible.
Corrected entry: They pull a man out of the swamp who they believe is still alive, but not breathing, and they sit there pounding on his chest. Not only did they not check for a pulse to determine that chest compressions were necessary, but no one was giving mouth to mouth or doing rescue breathing.
Correction: Depending on the situation, and the levels of protection the first responders have, it has been approved to not give the mouth-to-mouth part of CPR. Especially if there is a risk of the first responder becoming ill (or ingesting swamp).
Corrected entry: At Christmas Kerry got a dog. Where is that dog during the rest of the show? It has never been seen since that episode.
Correction: It's not unusual to remove minor characters from the plot. Also they may have got rid of the dog for some other reason not shown on screen.
Corrected entry: When Johnny comes to see Walt, Walt doesn't recognize him until he tells him who he is. But, we see in future episodes that Walt already saw Johnny with Sarah at the hospital while he was in a coma.
Correction: While he may have seen Johnny before, he didn't know him. He wouldn't necessarily have made the connect that the guy in front of him was Johnny, especially since Johnny was lying in bed in a coma the last time he saw him.
Corrected entry: In the scene where they find the lost tomb the characters have their bathing suits on, once they enter the tomb their regular clothes are back on.
Correction: The shots are not continuous, they could have easily changed off screen.
Forever Red - S1-E34
Corrected entry: The Turbo powers were destroyed in "Chase Into Space part 2", at the end of the series 5 - TJ shouldn't of been able to morph into the Red Turbo Ranger.
Correction: T.J.'s Turbo powers were linked to Eltar not the Power Chamber, and were restored once the attack on Eltar stopped, since Justin was able to become a Turbo Ranger later on.
Corrected entry: In the scene where Detective Johnathan Stoppable is chauffeuring Police Chief Barkin around the World's Fair, they respond to a cry for help from Professor DeMentz. Upon arriving at DeMentz's exhibit, they find DeMentz lying prone on the ground. Chief Barkin and Detective Stoppable help him up off of the floor, and as they do, they spot Miriam "Mim" Possible running from the exhibit. Later in the show, we see Mim at the exhibit helping DeMentz off of the floor prior to his calling for/the arrival of Chief Barkin and Detective Stoppable. Mim then runs off after the thief who robbed DeMentz.
Correction: It is a flashback, not the real thing, so details that were missed might have been corrected later as the story progressed.
Enter: Naruto Uzumaki! - S1-E1
Corrected entry: In "Enter: Naruto Uzumaki!" Mizuki asked Naruto to get the scroll of sealing that the First Hokage wrote. If it was such an important scroll to the village, shouldn't it have been more protected? Also, if Naruto was able to take it with ease, couldn't Mizuki have easily gotten it himself?
Correction: Mizuki was very sadistic. He often abused others mentally. He wanted to manipulate Naruto in order to relish in his misery.
Corrected entry: Danny says that his parents died when he was at the age of the missing girl who is 16. At the end he tells the girl he was 11 that day. (00:14:40 - 00:36:10)
Correction: A five year window has passed since Clare's mother died, so she would have been 11 when it happened. Since Danny was 11 when his parents died, too, saying he was the same age she was is accurate.
Corrected entry: In the episode Driving Miss Lazy, in the beginning scene, the camera zooms in on them coming through the door and you can see some sort of equipment in front of the camera and a very small bit of the backstage.
Correction: That's not crew equipment. Those are pots and pans hanging from the kitchen ceiling.
Corrected entry: In Season 5, Episode 3 'Not for Attribution', when McNulty emerges from the men's room looking plastered, the "men" sign is a mirror image, indicating a reversed shot. Also, one side of McNulty's collar is sticking out over his lapel. Sure enough, in the next shot, his collar is reversed.
Correction: The shot is not reversed, it is a reflection in a mirror. The mirror does not extend all the way to the bottom of the frame, and the bottles in the foreground can be seen with their reflections.
Corrected entry: When Kel is asking Kath if she needs anything down at the supermarket, Kel's sunglasses change position between shots.
Correction: It's likely that Kel was fiddling around with the sunglasses in between shots. I've watched this and I've also seen people do it alot in real life. I do it alot myself, within a matter of half a second i can change the postion.
Corrected entry: The spooks generally use Apple Mac computers, especially in the grid - however on many occasions when they are working on a Mac and only the rear of the screen is visible, the Apple icon is not illuminated as it should be when the screen is on.
Correction: This observation is true of Apple laptops, but not the iMacs used in the series.
Corrected entry: Until the time of the Christian dominance of Rome, the Romans cremated their dead. There is no historical record that Caesar and Pompey buried their wives as depicted in the miniseries.
Correction: Actually, cremation was the preferred "burial" method, but burials (inhumation) did happen. After the 3rd century, burials became the preferred method. Corrected entry: During the America special, the squirrel they find by the roadside is a grey squirrel. But, when they prepare to cook it, it's a red squirrel.
Correction: The red squirrel is not native to America, so unless you're seriously suggesting that the production team brought a dead squirrel with them, just in case, I think it's safe to say that this is purely an illusion due to changing light levels.
Correction: Considering the trauma he went through that afternoon, it's perfectly understandable he would have forgotten. Add to that the fact that Trudy alters his gifts (He was never able to directly solve her murder), and his memory lapse can be totally explained.
