When the camera cuts to Carl putting his glasses on, the song can still be heard, but everyone's mouth just keeps saying "Standing, and standing, and standing," even though there are more words heard than just that.

Look closely at Mackey's mouth in this shot, you can see him mouthing the exact words that he just spoke.

The camera then cuts away from her face, she continues "We need to find out who [name I won't embarrass myself by misspelling] is talking to." This line has been dubbed in, as it is said while the actress' face is off-screen and in a completely different tone of voice. (00:35:30)
