Revealing mistake: When the boy runs from the jumping spider he crosses the road, which makes the eighteen wheeler lose control and it jacknifes. You can clearly see a set of tyres are moving with the right direction of the truck, and there are a set of tyres sliding. (00:40:55)
Revealing mistake: Winnie gets angry at her parents and runs out of the house. As her father stands up and she runs past the camera it wobbles, shaking the screen a bit.
Revealing mistake: When Sarah is hit on the head by a stone she's not bleeding, and the injury looks rather dried-up. (01:16:25)
Revealing mistake: After blue-Marty exits the pool he heads upstairs and when Jason and Kaylee spy on him dancing (with Mr. FB) Marty's entire body is dyed blue, but the blue only reaches to just above the bottom of his bare feet.
Revealing mistake: After Spirit gets his second wind when the Colonel is attempting to break him, he breaks the girth/cinch strap by catching it on the fence. At one brief point, the pole of the fence actually appears to pass between Spirit and the girth of the saddle.
Revealing mistake: When the coroners are taking Kemosabe's body to the hearse, the one who falls over the porch wall is wearing calf padding which can be seen bulging under his pant leg before he falls.
Revealing mistake: When Howard Butterworth accidentally sucks a cat up into a Super Sucker vacuum, it is blatantly obvious that the half of the cat hanging out of the machine is a plush cat toy-the "paws" of the toy (which are orange) don't even match the paws of the actual cat (which are white). (00:23:40)
Revealing mistake: The alarm clock stops on its own after just 9 seconds of beeping. Real alarm clocks go for longer / forever to make sure you're awake. (00:06:05)
Revealing mistake: The scene right after Mrs. Moore delivers the first batch of telegrams shows Lt. Col. Moore kneeling beside several "dead" soldiers. I could see at least the first four breathing.
Revealing mistake: The Bears' bus is driving by a green highway sign reading something like "Nutville 2". Road signs are normally made of something rigid. But as the bus passes, the sign ripples in the breeze, and you can tell it's just made of fabric or plastic.
Revealing mistake: In the scene in which Ryan Dunn jumps into cacti with his BMX bike Preston Lacy is supposedly yanked off of his couch by the momentum of Ryan's jump. However, if you look closely in the background it is obvious that Preston Lacy hardly moves at all from Ryan's jump and the effect was edited in later. [In reality, Dunn barely even movied Lacy. The crew reshot it and pulled Preston off the couch by hand.]
Revealing mistake: This film takes place in Norway, some time around the 1860's, however, in the background in one or two of the beach shots is a Norwegian brand Pioneer, not manufactured until 1959.
Revealing mistake: In the shot where Sandra Bullock revisits the site where she was dumped years ago, you see her car pull up on what is supposed to be a moonlit road. As she gets out of her car, her shadow goes from left to right across the screen but the large tree on the left is casting a shadow in the opposite direction. As she passes the front of her car, no shadow is cast from the headlights and when she reaches the edge of the road, her shadow disappears completely. (00:21:25)
Revealing mistake: When Jack and Algy are singing "Lady, Come Down" to try to get the women to listen to them again, the above shots of Algy playing the piano do not match the music being played. He scarcely even seems to try to make it look real.
Revealing mistake: The makeup artists tried to make Mandy Moore (Jamie) paler for the movie, but they neglected everything but her face. In the star registry scene, notice how tan Jamie's legs are compared to her face. In the scene where she is sleeping on Landon's shoulder, you can see how tan her shoulder is compared to her face where as Landon pulls her sweater back over her shoulder. (01:04:00 - 01:18:40)
Revealing mistake: When Marisa first leaves the hotel with Chris and all of the photographers are snapping them outside the door, Chris promises them all special access to an event he's going to and they all turn away. The last one stares right into the camera for a good couple of seconds.
Revealing mistake: When Pistachio spits out the cherries at the henchman, in one shot you can clearly see that they are coming in from two angles, and not just from Pistachio. (01:01:55)
Revealing mistake: When Steve and Terry first attempt to catch the rogue crocodile in the river, during several shots you can see that the river bank is concrete and fake rocks.
Revealing mistake: When Anderton first sees himself killing Leo Crow in the precog vision, pay attention to the shot when he says "no". The reflection of Jad in the Hi Tech screen doesn't match with his movements.
Revealing mistake: During the divorce hearing George's ex-wife throws water at Lucy. She seems to miss as you don't see any water on Lucy, but Lucy turns around and starts dabbing herself frantically. (00:21:20)
