Look closely when they're on the ground. You can see what looks like a black commercial rug that they sometimes have when you walk into large business buildings. The kind with rubber edges. Pause the video and you'll see the black rubber edges and then next second, the crash pad disappears.
Visible crew/equipment: Early in the film just after the family arrives at Church, everyone piles out of the station wagon. A few seconds later the rear door opens and almost immediately closes again.
Visible crew/equipment: In most of the sequences where Humpback whales are being photographed underwater, you can see the streams of bubbles that are released as the underwater crew exhales.

He comes to the bedside to bring her a drink. As he leans down to sit on the bed and the camera follows him, a boom microphone can be seen edging into the top of the screen on the right side. It is quickly pulled back. This was witnessed during a DVD viewing.
Visible crew/equipment: When Clint Eastwood dreams he is being shot by the masked man in the party store, you will notice obvious padding or vest under his shirt as he is being shot. This is padding for the blood charge(s) used for special effects in the film.
