Continuity mistake: When Matt and Sarah are in the kitchen (when Matt tells her about Jared) the spoon that's sticking out of the ice cream keeps moving around between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the episode when Penny went to work with her mom and the Magician comes in with the tiger that is acting strangely. The tiger is sitting on the floor and has just eaten its food. Penny is standing there next to the tiger, the camera goes to her mom for about two seconds, then it goes back on her and the food has returned in the bowl again. Then it's empty again.
Continuity mistake: During the last episode of the first series doorman Paddy uses his hair spray to give him fuller locks. But at the start of the second series his hair is back to its normal style even though the second series starts where the first series ended with the club on fire.
Suggested correction: The start of the second series takes place some time after the fire of the first season. Many of the staff of the Phoenix have moved on and got new (proper!) jobs. For example, Jerry is now working for Asda, a job he didn't have before. The spray maine (sic) is, as the name suggests, spray-on hair and would undoubtedly come straight off again the first time it gets wet! Plus after a couple of weeks or months, even a slightly more resilient hair spray 'treatment' would have fallen off.
Episode XXVII - Chicken Jack - S3-E1
Continuity mistake: Jack's father the emperor is a young man when he defeats Aku. At the conclusion of the movie, he greets his pregnant young wife. At the start of "The Beginning" movie, Jack is a very young boy, both his parents are well past middle age-and Jack has no sisters or brothers to explain the gap.
Continuity mistake: When Bug speaks with the beautiful widow the second time, about performing a noninvasive autopsy on her husband, her long hair continually changes position in the shots that face her.
Continuity mistake: The back passenger tire blows and they come to a stop, You can see the tire is still inflated. But when they show a close up of the tire its burst at the tread. (00:21:20)
Crime of the New Century - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: In the fight scene at the start of the episode, Jesse knocks one of the GS agents into the water - in subsequent shots he has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Jane goes into hospital, Michael hears on the phone that she is in Holles St. Hospital yet drives to and walks into Temple Street hospital to pick her up.
Spider's Little Daddy/Tricycle of Terror - S3-E1
Continuity mistake: Mandy's working on her report. The page she's on says "CORN by Mandy." A moment later, she writes the same title on another page.
Continuity mistake: When Jack and Victor visit Jack's future flat in the very first episode, they go into the bathroom and close the door. We can see that to the right of the door is the bath and shower. Yet in this episode, neither the bath nor the shower are to the right of the door but are now directly in front when the door is open.
Continuity mistake: Junior and Vanessa do not know the sex of the baby until after birth even though Jay said they found out at the end of S4E8: Ultrasound.
Continuity mistake: While Mr. Klimer is forcing Debbie into the car, he for some reason seems to have a Charlie Chaplin-esque moustache which he doesn't have in any other point in the episode.
Date Night - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: The waiter is carrying around a foil swan. Change of camera angle and all of a sudden the swan is sitting in the middle of the table. (00:19:10)
Continuity mistake: During the scene with Donna, Louise and Janet in the kitchen getting ready to go out, they are talking about the valentines cards and how she only got one from Louise and herself. However in a previous season after Janet kisses Andy, we are told that Janet and Andy were together when Janet and Jonny first met.
