Continuity mistake: When Spencer escapes from Hathaway, he is barefoot. But after Hathaway shoots at him (and kills a guard in the process), we can see Spencer is wearing a pair of beige socks. A few seconds later, as Spencer runs down a flight of stairs, he is barefoot again. (00:23:40)
Audio problem: When Mick and Jacko get mugged, the thug in the back of the car says "fools." His lips don't match the words.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Milo Hoffman (Ryan Phillippe) and Lisa Calighan (Rachael Leigh Cook) are working together, and Milo's girlfriend Alice Poulson (Claire Forlani) comes to visit, you see Milo and Lisa stand up - Milo says "Hi". Then Milo introduces Alice and Lisa, and Lisa is sitting down. (00:33:00)
Visible crew/equipment: After the mother is beaten by her son (the first time we see them) and she resigns to her bedroom to check on her wounds, a boom mic can be seen coming in from the top left of the screen.
Other mistake: In this made for TV movie, there is a front licence plate on a Suburban the Tracy Gold character hitches a ride with. The front plate reads: 2GAT123, a California plate that I have seen in numerous movies and TV shows. The rear plate reads completely different, I believe it was 4BGO468, shown briefly as the vehicle leaves a parking lot.
Factual error: The movie "Cat's Meow," about a real incident that occurred on William R. Hearst's yacht, includes a scene where a female guest, awakened by a gunshot, is wearing hair clips. Those objects were not available in the 1920s, and even if they were, they are totally ineffectual on her combed-flat hair style.
Other mistake: When the guy that is hosting the hair competition is looking up at the old train station display board and going through the names of the salons, The Cut Above is on there, even though they haven't entered the competition at that stage. (00:14:40)
Continuity mistake: In the movie theatre cafe scene, Claire is carrying soft drinks to the table on a red plastic tray. She removes the drinks and sets the tray down on the table. In the next shot, the tray has vanished. (00:52:55)
Continuity mistake: In the hospital scene where Federico uses a deck of cards to prove Tomas' luck, we can see the Ace of Hearts on the bottom of the deck as he finishes shuffling. He immediately hands the deck to Tomas, who draws the top card. The Ace of Hearts.
Continuity mistake: When Emily falls off the roof, one shot shows her falling with her back first and her legs together. Then the shot changes to her mom, and back to her, at which point her legs are further apart, she is angled more headfirst, and is still at the same height.
Continuity mistake: When Dre and Stephanie get back from visiting college, it is night time. They get out of Dre's car and go in Stephanie's house, and even though the room is dark, when you look out the window it is daylight.
Visible crew/equipment: When the group of U.S. soldiers is going to a higher position (to attack Germans from the top), a camera and crew are visible on right side of the screen. (00:22:55)
Continuity mistake: When Lukas talks to Jochen about the effects of his medication on the voices he hears, the pill box on the bench keeps shifting around. (00:59:05)

Continuity mistake: When Karel flies over Susan's house, there is no watermelon on the picnic table but just before Karel came along, there were slices of watermelon on the table when Susan was talking to Franta.
Continuity mistake: In a head-on shot, where Adolf Eichmann is the main character in the shot, he is shown lighting a cigarette, fully, and lowering his lighter. In the very next shot, he is shown from a side angle as a background character and again has the lighter to his cigarette, and lowers it, although it had already been lit in the previous shot.
Plot hole: The police wanted to take Julian's father away as a Jew because they found out his grandparents (plural) were Jewish. Even assuming they were only talking about one set of grandparents, this would make the father half Jewish, and therefore in the eyes of the Nazis, a Jew. That means that Julian would then be one quarter Jewish, and also considered a Jew. But the police then go on to say that the father is one quarter Jewish, but Julian is only one eighth Jewish, and therefore not a Jew. But he'd have to have only one Jewish great-grandparent to be non-Jewish, and they already confirmed that he had at least two. The numbers don't add up.
Continuity mistake: When Kyun-woo carries the drunk girl into the motel room, there is a framed picture on the wall above the bed. The next morning it's gone and there are visible marks on the wall from where the picture hung.
