Revealing mistake: In addition to the chain and lock not being in a position to actually secure the entrance to the "Metro Christian Shelter", the board covering the entrance does not appear to be securely attached to the building on the right side. Furthermore, when the men move the board over, it is a rather thin piece of plywood/board that can easily be kicked in. (00:17:17)
Continuity mistake: As Admiral Wilson on the Pegasus base fires his weapon on the glass window that protects the Navigation A.I. it doesn't gets a scratch. In the next shot he starts to hit the glass with the rifle's stock and a large grey stain have appeared on the glass, only to have vanished next time the glass is shown.
